Nothing short of the highest professional and excellent quality service I received when buying my car from Motorline Direct. I had to make a choice from three cars that were all perfect for me. Their patience was astonishing (especially Raj). In the end, I chose a Mercedes A class . I picked up the car the following week, which was immaculately presented. More importantly, they explained everything to me that I needed to know, including what had been done for the service and MOT in order to retain the Mercedes guarantee. I am very proud of my car, and enjoying every moment of my driving experience. A big THANK YOU to all the team at Motorline Direct to enable this to happen..!!
My Mercedes for starters im really happy as was I with Motorline Direct. I did give a 1 for cleanliness and a scratch on the upholstery which they said they couldnt fix so this was a little disappointing. I would have liked if they had done this for me as I spent a lot of money but never the less I would still return and recommend so hasnt effected my overall perception of Motorline Loughborough

Very smooth purchase. It was a very pleasant and easy buy and service from Motorline Direct. We asked for the car to be ready a couple of days later as we had our finance cleared quicker. I would describe this as a pain free experience all round and in the past believe me I have had painful experiences. I would recommend Motorline Direct Loughborough

We recently bought our second vehicle from Motorlinedirect,, excellent service as always, really helpful without being to pushy cant thank the guys enough! Great price given on our part exchange which we weren't expecting! We've had our car now for two weeks and couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommend
AVOID this place at all costs. The 'salesman' who dealt with me was called Gary, if you get him.. In my opinion he's an arrogant person Went to look at a mk6 1.4 TSI golf.. Travelled all the way from Wigan, arrived with the intention to part exchange my car and was given an absolutely ridiculous price on the part exchange, then to my amazement the dealer wasn't willing to budge at all on the asking price. What makes it even better is that the car had a million scratches and dents and when I brought them up I was told I was stupid for thinking I could drive the car away the same day and would have to wait 5 days until the 'dentmaster' had been.
No pressure and no hassle when buying my Vauxhall Insignia from Motorline Direct in Loughbrough. Really was Spot on, looked great and showed me around the car. Told them about one issue they missed and they were more than happy to help and asked i go to a local garage and they would sort the rest out. I have checked the price I paid against the book value and can see ive got a great deal money wise.

Recently I have come across Motorline Direct Ltd when purchasing my Mini Cooper. There was a problem they sorted straight away for me and in the mean time loaned me a courtesy car which i thought was a lovely bit of service that meant i was not put out too much. I found it a really pleasurable experience and one I would repeat
