We recently bought a Hyundai Kona from Motor Trust. The service was good, although the only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 is I feel like it could be prepped a bit better. The tyre pressure light was on, and it has run out of washer fluid already. I know this is a minor thing, but it would be nice if these things were done.

Kieran answered all of my queries, and the car has been great since the purchase.

I would rate as a 4, good service, polite and patient. The only comment I have is that the limited guarantee was not explained. to me. I had a fault with over heating and had to be towed to a garage where a repair was carried out which I have claimed for only to be informed that I should have got permission before the repair was carried out which I was totally unaware off and I am stil trying to be reimbursed for the repair. Apart from that a wonderful car which I am very pleased with. Many thanks
