I came across the dealership on AutoTrader while looking for an Audi TT and made the journey to the dealership from London. When I arrived, they had the car all prepped for me. The whole process was a simple one, and I would say it was definitely worth the journey. I didn't have any issues at the dealership; everyone was so helpful, and I haven't had any issues with the Audi at this point. I would 100% go back if they had something I was looking for.

I did feel like there was, at times, a delay in communication, but I put this down to the guys getting everything perfect for me. The car is lovely, and I have been enjoying it the past few months. I am very happy with the Golf from MotorTrust. I have had no major concerns since purchasing it in January. I felt the customer service was great, and they have a fantastic team. I did call after purchasing the car regarding a second key, and they mentioned on the phone that they would call me back to let me know how much it would cost to get one cut. However, I never received a call back, which was disappointing as I felt the customer service had been really good up to that point. But overall, I am really happy with the car and the initial sales team, who were friendly and provided a pleasant experience for me.

I purchased a seat Leon from MotorTrust back in January, I have no complaints the car has been running great and we have been enjoying it. The staff at MotorTrust really looked after us and made the whole process an easy one. I will definitely be returning in the future. I did have to wait a little while for my log book to come but I did get it eventually and everything else was perfect.

I purchased a BMW from MotorTrust a few months ago. I haven't had any issues with the vehicle and have done a fair amount of long trips in it. It is a great car. When I picked it up, it had all been prepared and cleaned for me and looked immaculate. It was such a quick process with MotorTrust, I think the deal was done within 10-15 minutes. All the guys were helpful and made the whole process easy. I would recommend.

We were looking for a new family car, after having a Nissan Qashqai previously we went for the Nissan X-Trail. Myself and the whole family are really enjoying it, it is a great car and we haven't had any problems. The guys at MotorTrust were great, very accommodating to us as we had travelled down from Scotland they made sure we were happy with the car and really made the whole experience easy.
