I couldn't fault them to be honest. They were really helpful, gave us the keys when we arrived and we had a look around the car in our own time. I went for it because of the low mileage and it was a competitive price - I feel like I got a good deal. Very happy with the purchase.

I recently purchased a Škoda Superb iV from MotorTrust. Although the car had been AA-inspected, it turned out to have a pre-existing fault with the hybrid cooling system. The dealer’s partner garage claimed to have fixed it before collection, but the issue reappeared immediately after purchase. The initial after-sales experience with the salesperson, Connor, was far from ideal — communication dropped off completely, and there was some uncertainty around what the warranty covered, despite the fault being identified before purchase. If you do buy from this dealer and notice any issues, it’s worth keeping everything confirmed in writing. That said, the general manager, Craig, was fantastic. He took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to ensure that the pre-existing issues were fully resolved. His professionalism and support turned a frustrating experience into a positive outcome. Overall, I’d still recommend MotorTrust, mainly thanks to Craig’s intervention and the eventual resolution, though I’d encourage future buyers to be clear and thorough in their communication throughout the process.

Absolutely spot on, probably one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car, everything was really easy. I made a mistake on my side and Andy who I dealt with on the day managed to get it all sorted. There was a few issues with the car before the sale but they did everything they could do to get it sorted out. I'll definitely be going back there and I'll give them 5 stars.
