I had an initial issue with the vehicle, but Motortrust were really good at rectifying it. They sorted the issue quickly and efficiently and reimbursed me for what I had paid. The customer service was absolutely perfect throughout, and they couldn’t have done more for me. The car was cleaned spotlessly and looked like new. I would highly recommend Motortrust as a dealership with great customer care.

Positive experience, I have no complaints. It was a very quick process. I turned up and took the car for a test drive. I felt the test drive wasn’t too short. I got enough time to really get a feel for the car and didn’t feel rushed into buying. The car was valeted when I took it home and so far I haven’t had any issues with it. Got a Tesla from Motortrust recently, very pleased with the car, i wouldn't go back to anything other than electric now, it is such a great drive. Very quick service at the dealership, the car was cleaned and prepared. I am still waiting for my V5 to come through which is a bit frustrating as it has been almost 6 weeks, however everything else has been good.
