Searched online for this vehicle as I knew what I wanted, and it's a very good car. There's been a few issues that have come up since buying, the most recent being a strong smell of smoke, but the actually buying process and customer service was good.

Happy with the service from the team at Motortrust , and the aftersales support. Made the trip to visit them after finding the vehicle I wanted online and was very happy with it. The customer service we received from MotorTrust was brilliant. We were looking for an electric car for shorter journeys, like school runs and errands. We came across the MG ZS on AutoTrader, and it ticked all the boxes. When we got to the dealership, they were upfront and honest. Someone came to us right away and explained there would be a wait to talk to someone about pricing, but they gave us the keys to the car and told us to take it for a test drive for as long as we wanted. We had our child with us, and they were so accommodating. They set up the car seat in the MG for us and even put the child door locks on, which showed they cared about the customer experience and safety. When we got back from the test drive, someone was ready to talk to us. We paid for the car that day and then came back a few days later after they made some repairs, such as fixing a tear in the seat. I would highly recommend them. We are very thankful for the great customer experience, and we are really happy with the vehicle.

I love my new Toyota Yaris; it is just super-duper! I have been using it every day since I got it, and it has given me great independence and freedom. It’s a lovely car. It’s so quiet and smooth to drive. The staff at MotorTrust were lovely. I had brought my dog with me, and all the staff were accommodating and wanted to say hi to my dog, which was very sweet. I also found them to be very patient. There was a big crash on the day I went to view the car, so I was stuck in traffic for hours. When I arrived, they didn’t mind at all, and my salesman had also just gotten in due to the traffic, perfect timing, I’d say. I did also have an issue with my bank, which delayed us for 30 minutes, but again, I didn’t feel rushed or any impatience from the staff at the dealership. I couldn’t recommend MotorTrust enough.

Purchased a Polo from the Garstang branch back in February. A few issues developed but they have been fixed as of today. Whilst buying I found the service to be good and I would consider going back again.

We originally saw the car advertised on the website. Swiftly went to see it and a kind chap bought it round for a test drive. We agreed on the small amount of work it needed and collected 4 days later. We had issues with a window which was immediately rectified. We would certainly return and recommend.

There's nothing worse than going into a dealership and getting mithered by salesman as you're walking around. Luckily this wasn't this case at MotorTrust Uk. The salesman was dead helpful, went at my pace, and made sure it was a no-hassle sale.
