I really love my new car! I am so pleased with it! I use it all the time and it is great, with no issues at all. I dealt with Connor at the dealership. He was helpful, professional and just a really nice guy! He made the whole process super easy and straightforward from start to finish. There was never any pushiness or pressure during the sale. It was a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend them!

I'm loving my new BMW 3 Series from MotorTrust Uk. It's still running anyway so that's a good start. Lewis was brilliant to deal with and he made sure everything went through great.

Brilliant service from Nathan at Motortrust, I am very impressed. with how I was dealt with and how the sale went. I initially found them after seeing an advert, which was well timed as I was in the market for a new vehicle.. So far so good with my new car.

I found them very helpful, my score is 4.it would have been 5 apart from a fault which appeared within 2 days, now resolved. We were pleased with their attitude to the whole process, very pleasant boys

Connor dealt with me during the initial purchase, he was spot on. We went to look at the car initially and it had a suspension fault, so it went in the garage for an MOT and to fix the fault. The light then came back on saying there was still a fault. We then got a local mechanic to look at it and the suspension pipes were corroded and someone had tried to temporarily fix it. My local garage then fixed it and Motortrust picked up the bill which was appreciated. My wife loves the car now everything is sorted!

4. Good service overall, but they changed pick up day and times when I'd arranged to be taken to the garage at an agreed time with the garage and had to rearrange, then sat about waiting, as they thought payment hadn't gone in although it had been paid almost two weeks previous.

Carl was really great. I could tell from the get-go that he was genuine. He wasn't trying to push any sales techniques on me. Having been in the car sales industry for most of my life, it's easy to tell who actually cares and who is just pushing for commission. With Carl, it was clear that he would go above and beyond for his customers. I didn’t have any issues, but I’m sure that if I had, he would have sorted them without hesitation. It was a very enjoyable experience, and I can't thank Carl enough.
