The service from the Lancaster branch was very good, I couldn't knock it. Had my new car a few weeks now and everything is okay, just waiting on the drivers manual now.

Phil was very pleasant to deal with. He answered any questions we had, and everything we asked him to do, he had done. When we picked up the car to take it home, it looked like new, which was massively appreciated by us. There were never any pushy sales tactics, and since having the car, we haven't had any issues. Everything has been running smoothly. We did have to wait a few extra days to collect the car, but the service that was provided made up for that.

I had a part that needed replacing, and it took a few weeks to come from BMW. However, I went to pick up my car today, and I am really pleased with the service that has been done on my vehicle. The service has been spot on throughout. It was a very easy process, and the staff were all easy to talk to and get on with. I recommend them highly.

Louis was one of the best, absolutely brand new! I could not recommend him enough. He was very reliable and relatable, not at all pushy for a sale. I’m very happy with my vehicle as well. I use it every day, and there are no issues at all.

I needed a car to get me to and from work, so I went down to MotorTrust and came across the lovely BMW 2 Series. I have been really impressed with it. It’s a great car with no issues at all. I have to give big credit to Nathan, he was absolutely fantastic. I am happy with the service and happy with the car. I do feel there is always room for improvement everywhere, which is why I’m not giving full marks, but I cannot knock the staff or cars.

Louis was extremely helpful. He was very good, answered any questions I had, and made sure everything was completed for me. I saw the car online and was pleased when I saw it in person. There were no hidden surprises, and it looked as pictured. I would give the whole experience top marks.

When buying through Motortrust, the service was fine. A service light keeps popping up on the dash, but now I'm waiting to hear back from the team to get it sorted, and apart from that everything is also fine with the vehicle. I won't be buying another vehicle for a while, but I would recommend them to others looking to buy.
