5! superb service

The car has been all good, and the customer service was okay. There were 2 things that could have improved, a scuff that was agreed to be repaired was repaired but not to a high standard, and when the car was delivered, it had no fuel in the car. I had to walk to the petrol station to fill it up, so all in all, I'd give it a 4-star rating.

My new Mazda 3 is much better than my previous car. I've done 600 miles this week, and my experience was good at Motor Trust. Aidan helped me throughout the purchase.

Had no problems at all with my new vehicle, very pleased with it. Ben was great to deal with he is a very good salesman, a credit to the team! He was helpful didn't have any issues and was knowledgeable. It was a no pressure sale, I approached them regarding the vehicle as I knew what I wanted and from there it all went smoothly.

Until I got the car the sales process was great. After the car has been purchased I could not get hold of the firm. I still didn't receive my v5 even though direct debit was set up by the company Overall great sales team when you want to purchase the car, it's the lack of contact after.

No issues whatsoever with our new vehicle. It is a lovely car and we only use it here and there as we have another vehicle, but it is a great drive and we can’t fault it. Fantastic service from start to finish from Nathan. There was a bit of a hiccup with the keys, but we got this sorted in the end and I can’t fault the incredible service that was provided from the start by Nathan. He really looked after us where he could. A little better organisation would have made this a perfect experience. I am still giving a 5 out of 5 because we are really pleased with the car and it is understandable that a dealership with over 200 cars may have a few hiccups.

No problems at all, it was a really easy process. Dealt with Ben, he was good at communicating and giving me updates and then when I went to collect everything was prepared and ready so it was a very quick deal. There was never any messing about, very much a in and out service. I have no complaints.

Connor was great, he wasn't at all pushy and just made it a really comfortable experience. Honestly couldn't fault the service I received, I found Connor to be knowledgeable about the specifics of the car I got, this definitely put confidence in me buying from him. The car itself I am very happy with, it drives great, lovely to sit in. It is lot more techy than my previous car so it is taking some getting used to but I am overall really pleased with it. Thank you to everyone who helped at Motortrust, especially Connor.
