Everything was fine while I was buying the car and it's been running fine but unfortunately I'm still waiting for a spare key fob. At the point of sale both key fobs didn't work, and after replacing the batteries, one of them worked and the other didn't, so I was told another one would be sent out but I'm still waiting for it to arrive.

One of the reasons I got a car from this dealership was because when I first walked in there was no pressure from the sales team, like the other companies I visited. Everyone had a relaxed approach. I'm just waiting for the log book to arrive but everything else with the car is going well.

Nathan was really great to deal with while I was at Motortrust, he was able to answer all my questions about the car. A test drive was offered but as the car was for my daughter she just wanted to get in the car and take it home. She's only had it for a little while but so far it's been all good, touchwood it stays like that.

I am having a few minor issues, but the team at MotorTrust is getting them sorted for me, so hopefully everything will be working perfectly soon. Other than that, I am really enjoying the vehicle. I went to a different dealership before coming to MotorTrust, and I found them to be too pushy and intense, trying to sell me a car for much more than it was worth. When I visited MotorTrust, I was really impressed with the Skoda. It was newer than the other one I viewed, at a better price, and Connor was not pushy or pressuring me into buying anything, which made the experience so much better. I would definitely recommend them!

Purchased a new discovery from Connor at the Lancaster branch, and it went great. We did a long drive to Wales for the weekend and it is enjoyable to drive, I really am loving it so far. Connor provided a great service as well and made everything so simple and easy. I've already recommended Motortrust to a friend. It has to be a 5 out of 5 from me.

The car salesman was great and couldn’t fault. But manager seemed difficult. Had 2 damages on the tyres one which was fixed because we noticed before we bought. But as soon as I left I noticed the same chipped damaged tyre and asked for replacement which he replied didn’t deem needing fixing because it passed there mot which then cost me £100 for a tyre at a local shop. Even though I spent £26k to buy in cash.

Recently upgraded to a BMW 3 Series from Motortrust. I absolutely love the car. It’s such a great drive, and I don’t have a single complaint. Just brilliant. This was my first time at this dealership, and Louis was great. He made the whole process simple, and everything was done to a high standard. I would definitely use them again.
