I Just wanted to say it has been a great buying experience and I love my New VAUXHALL CORSA that I purchased from you as its so nice to be back in an Automatic car and the Air conditioning was a real treat. I had a really had a great drive while driving down to Bournemouth and then on to Cornwall. Thank you once again for taking the time to source this Lovely car. I am grateful to you.

Very happy with the the Scoda Fabia i ourchased at the Pinewood Autos and the service from the salesman who was very helpful and didn't loose his patience when asked hundreds questions about various cars I viewed. Highly recommended.

Hopefully everyone reading this can see from the above that although Mr. Wilkins did have an RAC Warranty claim refused with his Air Conditioning Compressor, we went the distance to ensure it was fully replaced with a brand new genuine Honda item. We are a little disappointed that the awful review is still here after all we've been through to put it right, but please note that we did replace the compressor at a cost of £1500.00 even though it was not covered under his RAC Warranty. It would be nice if everyone was as quick to leave a good review as they are bad ones. If there is ever a problem it's just a question of ringing the office rather than writing a letter and a bad review. We hope that Mr. Wilkins is now completely happy with his car!

We purchased this car for our son and are very happy with the car and service we received. The salesman was not pushy at all and openly answered our many questions. We recommend Pinewood Autos and would purchase another car from them in the future. A very nice team of people :)

Have just driven away a very happy girlie in my VW Caddy from Pinewood autos, I've been after one for ages but couldn't find one with the right spec. I found this one on there web site and decided to drive over.
Was greeted on arrival by the lovely Keith, the owner (who's a bit of a hunk) and was shown around the car which was beautifully maintained and very clean. Went for a test drive and after previously only owning small cars was surprised by how smooth the drive was. Keith then handed me over to Martin (dreamy eyes) for the financial bit.
Managed to negotiate a good price, I'm over the moon with my purchase and will be back as they are keeping an eye out for a decent first car for my daughter.

Pinewood Autos are dishonest. Do not buy a car from this garage as i did and ended up 1000's of pounds out of pocket as they sold me a car that was not roadworthy and refused to resolve my complaint by ignoring me.

BUYER BEWARE of Pinewood Autos. Backed by invisible CHANDIRAMS and fronted by Martin.They will encourage you to travel many miles in search of a good deal to be let down at the end.
In my experience after a 3 hour train journey i found the V5 had destroyed by accident! SUSPICIOUS
Crack in the windscreen which the had not noticed!
Vehicle had not been washed they did not have enough time.
Final insult after putting £50 worth of fuel into the vehicle Martin reneges on a pre arranged credit card deal.
Take your money else where there are much better dealers around.
They have offered to take the vehicle back and am now waiting for their offer.

Before I respond to Mr Morgan’s complaints I would like to comment on his previous actions. His comments have already been taken down from other review sites. This is due to him being personally abusive to me and my staff. He has made misogynistic comments towards me and stalked me online. Mr Morgan did you like looking at pictures of me and my teenage daughters?
I have addressed your complaints many times now and I do not think you are listening. Is it because I am female?
Lets try again.
The V5 is sorted and with the DVLA, you will receive the new documents shortly. We are just passing our costs on when we charge 2.5% for the use of a credit card, this is standard. The car came in late Friday and you picked it up Sunday morning. Saturday is our busiest day so no it wasn’t freshly cleaned but, it was not that dirty.
The only real fault you can find on a car that is eight years old and done over 97000 miles is that it has a small crack on the edge of the windscreen. Mr Morgan you were prepared to travel three hours by train to buy this car as it was the right car at the right price.
I think that it is time to either accept that you have indeed bought a lovely car or return it to us, as I have previously suggested.

Dont buy from Pinewood Autos, different prices varying by 100s of of pounds on varying sites, also Martin the so called salesman is a compulsive liar who thinks people are stupid with the lies he tells. In Pinewood motors needs to be shut down.
