Cowboys, dishonest, rip off, AVOID!! Billy & his other assistant sold us a faulty car. When we contacted Billy about it he said the fault was not covered by the warranty. After speaking with trading standards they advised us the garage legally are required to replace, repair or refund the car. When we informed Billy of this he became immediately avaisive and rude and told us the 'manager' had to deal with it. However Billy said "he didn't know" who the manager was and could not give us their details. We have since discovered Billy Grace is the manager & owner. We have a young baby and live 50 miles away - without getting solicitors involved there's nothing we can do. They are extremely hostile when we speak to them and liars! If I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Firstly we do not even know what the issue with your car was, but we do always address after sales concerns where possible. Billy is definitely not the owner of the business - in fact he no longer works here so you have been misinformed. We do also find it surprising that he would tell you that he doesn't know who his own manager is! Please get in touch to speak to someone about this ASAP and thanks for your honest feedback.
I have no complaints at all.Customer service was excellent , they were very helpful and friendly . Very pleased with the car I bought from these guys.Will be recommending this company and possibly buying from them again in the future .
I was very happy with the service that I got when i purchased my Honda Accord from here back in March, so not long ago. I did have an issue they sorted, could have been slightly quicker but thats ok, overall I have given them a 4 out of 5 so you can see im happy and would go again
