I was looking for an Audi specifically and came across one on AutoTrader. When I arrived and saw it in person at the dealership, it was exactly as pictured, not one fault or difference. I was really pleased with it and knew I wanted it. James helped with the purchase; he was really professional and answered any questions. I would definitely recommend them. A great first experience with this dealership.

Haydn was amazing, he made the whole process easy and it was a quick turn around for me, there was no waiting or messing around. I am also really pleased with my vehicle I went for a Seat Leon and it is running perfectly.

I came across Ponko while looking for a Audi A5 on AutoTrader, after viewing online I went to the dealership to look at the car in person. I was really happy with how it looked, it was exactly as pictured, nothing hidden from me which I was pleased with. James was brilliant and there was no problems with the service side of things. Happy all around with my experience and new car. Haydn was very thorough and went through everything with me. I didn’t feel any pressure during the sale and found him to be a patient salesman. My Golf is running great with no problems or issues. Five stars all around!

James was a great salesman, there was no pushiness or pressure on the sale, and he didn't leave me waiting around, it was a very smooth process and I have no complaints! My car is great I have used it quite a fair bit and it is running lovely.

I purchased an A1 for my daughter who is learning to drive. I have been out with her in it a few times, which has been a little nerve-wracking, but she absolutely loves the car. James at the dealership was spot-on. He showed great ability in looking after customers and was really pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him for a fantastic experience.
