Sales were helpful but not pushy. Car was as described. Minor nitpicks with the car were fixed upon receipt. Price is fair ( as far as I can tell). Overall easy to deal with sold as advertised.

Everything was fine I have no complaints.

I traveled to Ponko from Cornwall after seeing the car I was after online. I was very pleased when I saw the vehicle, they hadn’t tried to hide anything online, and the car was just like the pictures and description. I did have to wait for a little while due to another customer being attended to; however, it wasn’t too long at all. Haydn at the dealership was really friendly and helped with anything I needed. We took the vehicle for a test drive, which I feel could have been a little longer and on some main roads, but again, I wasn’t too concerned. Ponko had valeted the car and made sure it was all prepped for me before I took it away, which I really appreciate.

Haydn was great, there wasn't any pushiness from him he just left me to look around and then helped me when I needed it, he was a nice chap. I am happy with my car apart from it was missing a parcel shelf which I had to replace myself. However I wouldn't let this knock my experience as the customer service from Haydn was great, the car was cleaned and tidied for me before I took it away and I am happy with the vehicle it has had no issues with it so far.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic from Ponko with James, he was helpful and professional and I am happy with the vehicle, there has been a few little issues with it however, James has been helping me with the warranty and making sure everything is sorted for me. I would recommend and use again.

James was absolutely first class , professional, very easy to deal with. He understood I was on limited time , worked to it but made sure all the i’s were dotted and T’s crossed . Big asset !

I bought my white fiesta from Ponko back in December and could not be happier with the purchase. The car is in excellent condition and was sold at a fair price. Anthony was excellent and very understanding at me being a nervous driver during the test drive (and pregnant at the time). All of the staff were very friendly and overall I had an excellent experience. Most importantly I am very happy with my car and will definitely be returning when the time comes!
