There is actually no customer service after buying a used approved BMW, day after electrical failures, knock on steering, rattle from rear. My local BMW dealership found 3-5mm of water in the boot from a faulty repair from CRASH DAMAGE. As I write this 24 hours after initially contacting the below from Ridgeway BMW in Bournemouth. Dealer principle, Used car sales manager, Service manager, Sales guy who sold the car. No response & no contact after ringing all morning and e mailing all above again. There isn't any aftercare service, they sold me a CRASH DAMAGED car and won't open any communication!! Stay well clear as they don't want to deal with any issues or rectify any problems!! Next step solicitors!!! Trading standards ect ect Extremely angry at how they have not acknowledged this or contacted me!!!

I read some pretty awful reviews but they had the car with the spec I required so.notwithstanding, I went to inspect it. There may well have been a change of regime because I found all the staff courteous, helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Ridgeway Bournemouth to my friends.
