On the 24th September 2019 I paid a £100 fully refundable reserve fee to Barlow Motors in Stoke. Today 16th October 2019 and still waiting for refund. Full of promises in reality cannot be trusted. Let's hope the bank can get the money back. Think before you part with your hard earned cash. Their word means absolutely nothing.

I bought a car in January but last night I had a mechanical fault and had to have break down service. This morning I took the car back and was upset because I was going to a funeral. They offered to take me and fetch me back but I was too upset to go. I explained I'd got a busy week with considerable appointments. They have made arrangements for me to attend all my appointments. I will always recommend this company for their efficient and caring service.
Very happy experience purchasing our car from Mark Bolton , was extremely helpful and a very straight up honest salesman . Highly recommend Barlow Motors.

BARLOW MOTORS - WOLVERHAMPTON -21/11/18 - I took charge of my Ibiza F.R. at the end of September, two weeks prior I'd ordered three accessories for it. Seven weeks (21/11), three Emails (all of which have been read !!) and a telephone (there'll be another today call later today) I'm still waiting for Adam to get back (absolutely no response) to me as to when the key covers will arrive in. I have already pointed out to them that the fobs are available at other SEAT dealerships - so why can't they get a set in ??
I was told by Barlow Motors Seat to bring my car in for 8am for a service as I was going to wait for it and I wanted it in first. Total lack of communication, staff need retraining as workshop does not start until 8.30am so why tell me to come in at 8am, I only got in the showroom by being led through the workshop as the showroom door was not opened until 8.25. That upset with the run around I walked out without my service, not a happy chap.
Outstanding service from ordering to receiving, kept up to date by phone at every step of the way, nice polite and extremely helpful staff, will definitely be a loyal customer for years to come if it remains like the service I received

Very good experience. I purchased a Seat back in August and I am very happy with it. It was clean and in good condition, I am still waiting for a missing head rest but other than that its spot on! I have have had no major issues an the dealers were very helpful and friendly. The car is good value for money and I would happily recommend this dealership.

I bought a car from here about 7 months ago, warning lights kept appearing on my car so I returned it to the garage as I was still under warranty and they told me it was sorted. Finally passed my driving test and within 2 days the head gasket blew causing my whole engine to fill up with coolant from the radiator and then it over heated making my engine sieze. Unfortunately I am no longer under warranty and have £2.41 to my name as I have spent all my money (£3400!!!!!! Which is a lot for a 17 year old) on this pile of rubbish. thank you Barlow motors
