I bought a car from this place, I cant go into too much detail as I have an on going legal case, however DO NOT i repeat DO NOT purchase anything from this garage!! They sold me a car that what was not safe. I had the car a total of 6 days, was sent back on the fourth due to breaking faults. Long story short on the 6th day the wheel fell off causing the car to spin out and nearly kill me. They denied everything until a specialist independent engineer basically told them what I already have... Still deny all liability... watch this space.
I do not know who writes the positive reviews I have only known these guys for my car services, after sales manager lied to me on the phone stating he tried every avenue to get my guy repaired under warranty I phoned seat UK not even a phone call from barlow about my claim they did not send the photos or lodge the problem, seat UK are dealing with it I refuse to goto barlow again.
Seat Barlow get a solid 5 stars, I didn't have a single problem at any point in the process, everything was quick and organised, no stress, no fuss and the car is brilliant.

This was my second time purchasing a car from Seat Barlow Motors, everything went well again this time around, one complaint I do have is I had to wait a long time to pick the car up as they gave my appointment away but apart from that I have nothing else bad to say.

Has got to be the worst customer service I have ever received. Barlow Motors Seat are quick to take your money but terrible when it come to sorting out problems, the servicing desk has the most unhelpful staff who just don't seem to care at all. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
I recommend Seat Barlow Motors. We took our car back to them with a small problem with the Peugeot 207 and they sorted it for us really quickly and even gave the car a clean too. I have no faults or problems to report regarding anything
