We had called and arranged to go and see a car for my daughter. When we arrived the car wasn't there, the reception was in a filthy state with papers everywhere, and I was sent to the 'other' yard, This turned out to be a Salvage Yard, I couldn't drive the car because it had damaged cars in front of and the battery was flat. Other cars destined for the Car Front where being repaired. My advice is to steer well clear, there are cars advertised at similar prices that haven't been accident damaged and repaired by this company.

Bought car 'safe reliable' 1 day later clutch went, back for new clutch (had to collect from car wash place) no receipt. 2 days later black smoke billowing out. Spoke to 3 counties radio. Hoping no fuss when ask for refund ! will keep you updated

Stanground Autos would sale a car without a log book, that the first thing. Another when I paid them for the auto, they sold me a car with invalid registration plate. That I noticed when I back home and checked in log book. The car is nice but ... to many mistakes they made .

Bought an Audi A4 here, within a week noticed the rear doors would not unlock with the remote key. Called up and they said they could arrange a repair. Took it into their "recommended" garage and they confirmed it needed to be repaired. Gee, thanks. Had to then arrange another appointment for the repair to be done. In fairness this work was completed and have had no further problems. However, following that we have had a squeaking coming from the heater fans, a vile smell of egg entering the car and a warning light about the ignition. They had the car back for 2 days (courtesy car was provided) and claimed they had repaired all the problems. All of them came back within 24 hours! I'm not sure if it's the dealership's fault or their repairer, but the car still isn't right. It's a shame because the guys were the easiest to deal with when purchasing the car and seemed keen on fixing the problems. They just fell short on it all. They have some cracking deals but I wonder if it's because they buy dodgy cars and hope they won't have any problems within the warranty period. My Dad needs a new car, but I cannot recommend this dealer to him.
