My Citroen C3 from Thames Valley Cars has been great, and I'm really enjoying it. Would recommend.

They were very friendly and helpful and i felt comfortable. Also I trusted them. They let me have a test drive and told me about the car.

I’d give my experience with Thames Valley Cars five out of five easily. The engine light came on within the first couple of weeks, so the car went back under warranty. It was something to do with a blocked tube going through the DPF, which they cleared out for me, and it’s been absolutely fine since. The dealership have been lovely. You can’t prevent things from going wrong, but you can manage them well when they do. We’ve actually just bought a second car from them for my husband because it made sense to go back to where we’d had really good service before.

Everything with the Nissan Juke has been okay. I did have to take it to a garage because the navigation system wasn’t working as it should and would randomly cut out. I had to pay to get it looked at, but thankfully it was just a software update and that seems to have fixed the problem. Everything else has been perfectly fine and I’ve had no other problems. The customer service at Thames Valley Cars was really good. The guy was really nice and very patient, and he made travelling from Leamington to Reading really easy.

I recently purchased a Mini Convertible from Thames Valley Cars a few months back. They serviced the car and made sure it was all okay before I went to collect the car. The whole process was straightforward throughout, and the Mini has been very good.

I’m absolutely over the moon with the Renault Trafic. So far, so good. It’s just what I’ve been looking for, it serves my purpose wonderfully and drives really well. I’m really happy with it. Thames Valley Cars were really helpful, resolving any questions I had at the time of purchase and helping with the paperwork. My partner had also purchased a car from them a couple of years ago and recommended the garage to me because they were really helpful.

Tim was brilliant and really nice. The Alfa Romeo has been fine. I did have to replace the battery a few weeks after the purchase, but other than that it has been fine. That's the only reason I didn't give full marks.
