The experience was absolutely fine. We were driving around looking at dealerships, as we were driving past we decided to pop into Thames Valley and I'm glad we did. I don't remember the name of the guy who dealt with us but he was very relaxed, no pressure, and explained the process really nicely.

I've had my car since February and there are a couple of things that I've noticed about the car that I need to get sorted. All 4 tyre valves are leaking, so I need to get them replaced, and since having the nicer weather, I went to put the air-con on and noticed it wasn't coming out, but I hope it just needs re-gassing. Everything else seems to be okay with the car.
