I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this garage! I've had the car for nearly 12 months now and It has been faultless. It is my first time purchasing an Astra and it has put full confidence in both the dealership and this make of car. What a great experience.

My daughter was in the market for a small and economical car as she was heading off to uni so it didn't have to be anything to fancy, it just had to be a cheap run around. We didn't hesitate to go to this dealership as my sister-in-law previously got a car from here and she recommended me visiting Thames Valley. We found the perfect car for my daughter, which was a Ford Ka and she loves driving her new car. The service was 5* as you can tell from my rating, but I have already recommended a friend to visit here.

I think most people would agree with me that it's hard to find a trustworthy salesman but all of the team at Thames Valley were very transparent with all the cars I was interested in. This is the reason why the car is still running perfectly today and I've had no issues with it. Great team and I did recommend my daughter to get a car from here but if she listens to me or not is a different matter.

My Nissan Juke has been amazing since I purchased the car back in March (touch wood) there won't be any issues to report in the future. The car didn't have much fuel in it when I collected it but that is the only issue I would mention.

The car has done some milage since I purchased it back in February and I have to say, the car has been nothing short of reliable and economically which is the main reason for me picking my Mini Cooper. Tim looked after me all them months ago and he was amazing, he explained everything perfectly and let me test drives I was interested in.

The golf I bought from Thames is perfect, I had a slight mechanical issue with the car when I first got it but they took ownership of this and got it repaired from me, Tim was a really good salesman, he was really helpful, The Golf is a nice car and you can tell it has been well looked after because it is in mint condition and drives like a dream.

This dealer comes with a massive recommendation from me. I have bought a few cars from Thames Valley (Wokingham), Tim is a nice bloke, always there to help you and he certainly does know his stuff about cars. 110 percent happy with my VW that I bought this time round off them, I will be back again when I am looking for something new.

Absolutely perfect service at Thames Valley Wokingham, the guys are down to earth and easy to talk to. There were no problems what so ever and everything was done in a timely manner! I'm over the moon with my Qashqai, I will see you again when I need to upgrade my car.
