So far we are pleased with the car but very disappointed overall with the service. As a point of note - they don't negotiate on price. Spent a whole day trying to get through - phone calls and requests to book a test drive went unanswered and the chat function is a bot - finally got through on the second day.. After purchase, the fuel warning light came on immediately we left the premises and our 50 mile journey home started with a scrabble to the nearest petrol station (and they are not located in Hertford but on a farm in the middle of nowhere.) A small thing but leaves one with a bit of a sour taste in the mouth and now a niggling worry that there may be trouble ahead.

On the plus side they were able to arrange my finance extremely quickly and easily and were pleasant people to talk to. However, I was disappointed to have to get the car to the nearest garage as it was handed over empty of fuel and then to have two engine warning lights on the dash and audio connection issues before getting the vehicle home! Straight to Halfords to buy AdBlue and Coolant and generally a big dampener on what was meant to be an exciting day - Left feeling insecure about whether I'd made a mistake. A week later and I am enjoying the car and got over the poor buying experience but discover the dealer did not notify DVLA of change of registered keeper - Had to intervene/chase and without a V5C can't put my private plates on yet. Attention to detail is missing here. It's about more than the car but the experience for the customer and mine wasn't great.
