Happy with the repair work carried out on my Volkswagen Transporter. The garage and the dealership handled the repairs but It all seems to be working fine.

The garage where I got the van handled most of the claims process, but as far as the repairs go, it's been all good for the moment.

Vauxhall Crossland flywheel repair.

I didn't have much involvement with the claims process. I dropped the car off to the garage and they took care of the rest.

The garage handled most of the claims process, so I didn't have much involvement but I was happy with the updates I was receiving.

I don't know too much about claiming under warranty. When I called up to start the process, the woman that was handling it was very helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and there was no beating around the bush. When the car went into the garage, TMO spoke to the garage and arranged everything. I've had the car back, and it's been perfectly fine, it's treating me well.

4 stars and the only reason for knocking it down by 1 is because I was originally told a part of the repairs wouldn't be covered because it wasn't a directly involving the fault. The girl who I contacted was really helpful and went to double check it and after agreeing that the part would be covered, everything got sorted from then on. I've not had any further issues and it's been running perfect.
