I travelled all the way from mid Wales on the train to go and buy from the Used Toyota Specialists, the car I called to reserved had been sold and I have to make difficult decisions there and then. The lads were impatient, we were not allow to test drive the car, the driving was done by one of the boys. 20mins after buying the car we found out the bearing is faulty and we called the garage to complained and did promised to pay for repair but until now I haven't got a penny from them, each time I called they always refer me to one person or another. The car is park in the garage with mechanic not knowing what is wrong with the cars. I had spent over £500 already.

How these people are still getting away with this is beyond me.. Ripped my family member off and left her totally heartbroken and like I said in my review she didn't even have a car to show for it. They need stopping Theyj are stealing people's hard earned money..they go by other different names too.
The Used Toyota Specialists don't know what they're doing. I was sold a car, they never sent off the registration forms to DVLA or changed the details to the new owner "me" Now I need to part Ex the car and I can't as I need to get this sorted out which will take 4 weeks ... The car passed an MOT (with a cracked windscreen). The oil could not be changed because someone had silicone the nut to the sump, we had to buy a new oil sump, They left an old car battery in the boot of the car with a lot of wood. We were told the car would get a Valet and we would get 30 days to return. Neither of these were true. It was our first car purchase and a memory I cannot forget for the wrong reasons. Steer well clear of these cowboy traders. The 5* reviews are obviously written by the staff.

How come used Toyota Motor Specialists is still trading with this name. They stop trading in Auto Trader.I had very bad experience more than others. I returned the car and agreed to exchange with another car .But I need to wait V5c that is never sent to dvla and never come to me. Now I lost the car and the money nearly 4000 pounds. I purchased on Dec 2018. Authority need to sort out this cow boys. They become so danger to the community.
Bought a second hand Prius from the Used Toyota Specialists, took it to my local mechanic for a free safety check. The catalytic converter had been bypassed and the lambda sensor removed to stop the engine light coming on. They are of course not answering the phone anymore. Stay away from these sharks. They have replied to some other negative reviews claiming they are fake, I'm happy to be contacted if anyone wants any further details and proof.

These people are out and out crooks and need stopping they are vile rude and thiefs pinching money off decent people ..they need stopping ..they have a different name all the time they have ripped off a very close member of my family who is totally heartbroken and doesn't even have a car to show for it... They say disgusting things over the phone Avoid at all costs .. they need stopping ..makes my blood boil when vile people like this rip off decent hard working people ..STAY AWAY FROM THE USED TOYOTA SPECIALISTS.

Dear Jean, We have no record of any customer describing your experience.May I ask if this was a genuine experience why hasn't the person put up the review themselves? Its a big accusation calling someone a crook just to tarnish their reputation without explaining yourself properly. We are professionals and we do not say disgusting things over the phone. If your family member is a genuine customer tell them to come forward by email or in person and i am more than happy to discuss any issues they have with our company and resolve if there is anything. We do not have different names and maybe you are getting confused with some other company as there are many car dealerships in our area. Terrible customer service. The person at the Used Toyota Specialists that was dealing with us from the beginning was disinterested in us, not willing to spend any time with us to answer any questions. What is more when the car broke less than a month after the purchase upon contacting the company we got treated aggressively and condescendingly I may add that the help was promised only to be refused the next day when we have already arranged the transport on our expense. Avoid avoid avoid!

Dear customer, I am sorry to hear about your experience. However I find it strange that you bought a car of a disinterested salesman. I am sorry your car down however may i stress a battery can go flat at any time and you can not expect us to take liability for it. We did offer to help by paying for a battery at our cost however after a aggressive phone call and threatening behaviour by your partner we withdraw that offer. We will help any reasonable person who needs help but we will not be threatened by anyone. A faulty battery would fail in couple days and not in a month so it could be down to leaving a light on in the car which can drain the battery. There is always to sides to a story and i am glad to share ours. Thank you for your custom. Please also note the salesman went the extra mile to help you tax and insure the vehicle before you left the premises so you are legally on the road. kindest regards Jeremy Gills
Firstly I was put off by all the negative reviews so I didn’t go to them. After browsing cars on the internet on various sites I manage to discover that the prices this garage have are far more competitive than many other garages. It’s fraustrating browsing through so many cars on the net and I was looking for Toyota and these guys seem to specialise in them. To cut the long story short as I don’t want to bore anyone I mange to get a cracking little Toyota Yaris at a great price and I am very happy with the way they dealt with me. I will definitely recommend anyone to visit them as every experience is different to others. Staff very polite and not pushy at all. Let me browse through their cars and even offered me a coffee. I am a very happy customer of the Used Toyota Specialists.

Avoid like the plague. Characterless and no integrity. Their source of income comes from ripping off people.Would steal candy right out of a child's mouth if they could. Have contacted Trading Standards and will be asking for information about this company under The Freedom of Information Act on this company which is sadly representing Toyota. Will be contacting Toyota head office as well. Toyota, this does not look good for you!

Its a real shame there are people like you out there who have got nothing better to do but try degrading a genuine business. Maybe your a competitor who does not sell much cars or maybe we sell our cars cheaper than you but putting up a review might tarnish a few customers but not everyone. Its a person decision to buy or not and we respect that. Turned up to the Used Toyota Specialists in Hanwell to view a car, was told that I couldn't test drive it because it was not MOT'd, when I said I would need to test drive before thinking about buying suddenly it was ok to test drive providing I paid a £100 fee. Walked away from the purchase as things did not seem right and was met with a tirade of abuse, told to f*** off and shouted at by the dealer. Abusive and appalling. The next day I received abusive phone calls threatening me.

Dear customer, Most our cars are moted and ready to go so not sure why you wasnt offered a test drive. Sometimes if a customer turns up without an appointment then we can not offer you a test drive on the spot as we may have other appointments booked. Yes you are right if a car has no mot it can not be test driven. We would not ask for a £100 deposit for a test drive especially if the car is not moted.
