Richard looked after me us while we were buying the Tesla Model Y and he was great.

Our new Mercedes is running well since purchasing from V12 Sports and Classics. Our sales person was Jamie, and whilst I felt they weren't too experienced in the particular vehicle, they were very nice and the overall experience was a solid 4 out 5.

I think the process was straight forward and everyone was very helpful.

The Volkswagen T-Roc has been great, and the customer service was also very good. However, I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t receive any mats or a spare wheel.

My wife and I have been enjoying the Vauxhall Crossland X. One thing that really stood out was the salesman’s dedication to making sure we got everything we needed. The only area for improvement would be explaining the extras a bit more clearly.

Previously bought a couple of vehicles from V12 Sports and Classic and so far everything is fine. Unfortunately the vehicles only seem to come with one key, but apart from this happy with the overall service.

Darren was fantastic and really helpful while I was making my purchase of the Tesla at the Wolverhampton branch. A test drive was offered but since I drive Teslas daily, I turned it down. The wife tends to use the car more than I do, but we haven't had any problems with it. I can't complain.
