I am happy with my recent purchase with V12, I have had no issues with my new vehicle i would give my overall experience with V12 a 5/5.

This is now the 4th car I have purchased from V12 Sports and Classics, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Each and every time, I have received top customer service. Everyone at the dealership is great. I went for a Convertible Mercedes C-Class this time around, so I am just waiting for a bit of hot weather to get the roof down, haha. V12 is such a trusted dealership to me. I can’t recommend them enough.

I am a very happy customer. I have had no issues, and everything went well. I liked the fact that the process was quick, and I took the car home the same day. There were many options of vehicles for me to browse while I was at the dealership. I was able to take my time and have a look around. V12 came to me a few days later to help install the tracker, which I really appreciated. The customer experience has been great, and I would definitely be returning in the future if I was ever looking for another car. Very happy.

Was able to say what I wanted and got what I wanted. Both sales and admin were spot on.

Very busy waiting area with many sales staff struggling to find free offices, the test drive offered was embarrassingly short but they did make time to answer my questions. The salesman was unfamiliar with the vehicle sold to me and at arranged collection time it was not ready and poorly cleaned. The salesmen did their best pressure me to purchase extras that I was adamant I didn't need.

I recently purchased a Citroen Berlingo from V12, i'd give the whole experience a 5/5.
