I had a small issue with the van, but V12 sorted this out for me straight away with no hassle. I was really impressed with how proactive everyone was. I initially saw a different van on Autotrader, but when I called, I was told it had been sold. However, there were so many choices at V12 that I found something I liked, and I am really happy with it. Overall, I had a very positive experience with V12.

I went to V12 to purchase a Range Rover Velar. So far, it has been a great vehicle with no issues at all. The salesman I dealt with on the day was new to the position, and I felt he could benefit from a bit more training on the knowledge of the vehicles, as he wasn't able to answer all my questions. However, the manager was very helpful and was able to sort everything out for me, making sure I knew all the details and answered the questions I had. Overall, it was a good experience, and I am happy with the vehicle.

I've had a Navara for some time and unfortunately it was stolen. The latest Navara from V12 is 6 months newer and 40000 miles less. I'm enjoying this vehicle but had to add additional security features and accessories. Disappointed no wheel brace, manual or service history. Only one key. However it doesn't spoil the driving experience.

I have had EVs in the past, but this is my first Tesla. I am actually surprised that it seems to be a lot more efficient than my prior vehicles. I am really enjoying it so far; it is doing exactly what I expected of it. I can't complain about the car or V12. I went in, said which vehicle I wanted, and collected it a few days later. There was no messing about; it was a quick turnaround with no drama. It really couldn’t have been simpler with V12. 5 out of 5, can’t fault it.

Everything has been great to be fair. I had an issue with the tyre having a puncture which was like that when I picked the car up (pressure was significantly low and the guys pumped it back up but it lost air quite quickly the next day), however it could be repaired and I've been reimbursed by yourselves for the cost. Experience was smooth and the manager at the time went out of his way to get my monthly payments down to what my budget was. Overall great experience!
