Happy to give 5 stars because the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the sales process. I've had car for 3 weeks now and it's been great.

All good with the service and vehicle from V12. Needed a specific make and model for the work fleet and Oliver helped us out getting what we wanted.

I've had my Land Rover Velar and there are a couple of issues that I need to contact the dealership about, like the air-con needs re-gassing and the rear wiper jets aren't working, as the water is sitting in the car. Everything mechanically with the car up to now has been good and running fine. The service from Mohuddin all went fine, it felt a bit rushed because we had a time frame we had to work with but I've got no complaints. I did also pay for guard ex and while I've got the pack, I need to find out if it was applied to the car before driving off. Due to the rush, I'm not sure if this was done. I've already recommended others to V12 Sports and Classics to people who have seen the car.

Everything with my Jaguar I-Pace has been sound. Robin looked after me at the Worksop branch and all went okay.

I needed the car for work and saw that V12 had the one I was looking for on AutoTrader. I called to see if it could be transferred to a dealership closer to me, but because I needed it quite quickly, I just travelled down to Worksop. I did call ahead to let them know I was coming to test drive, but when I got to the dealership, the car wasn’t charged for me to do so. However, the service from Jon was good. He made the whole process quick and easy—I was in and out. I have had the vehicle for a few weeks now and it is great. It charges well, drives well, and it was just what I needed, so I can’t complain.

There was no waiting around while I was at the dealership. I found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful with anything I needed. I am happy with the car I chose, it is a lovely one to drive. I did have to recently change the oil, and I don’t think it had been changed for a while. However, I have no complaints and there has not been a single issue. If there ever is, I did get the 3-month warranty with the dealership, so I know if I have any problems, I can go back to them.

I went in for a test drive and left with a new motor, was a bit of a whirlwind. Although I am really enjoying it and glad I bought it, I use it on the weekends and have previously had an old Range Rover Sport, and this upgrade is brilliant. If I was given any criticism, a small thing would be that I don't think it was valeted very well when I collected the vehicle.

Good level of customer service at V12 Sports and Classics. I am having a few issues with the car today, which I am currently in the process of resolving.

The staff were very accommodating and talked me through the whole process. There was a bit of pressure to take the extras such as the tracker but it wasn't excessive. I've marked it down a star because I left numerous messages for the salesman but my calls often weren't returned, but I am happy with the service overall.
