Kal provided us with great service. The paperwork was made ready and they even did a paint job on the car before handing over the keys.

How can these people from Uxbridge car dealer sell these motors they are not safe to be in the road. I have been contacting them since January 2023 to get the car I bought from them sorted out. They even told me that the company had moved address. It took them 4 months to offer me a car while they fixed my car. But never turned up to collect the car. They will always say on the phone that they will get manger to call and sort things. But guess what it never happens. I have been told by two different garages that have checked the car have both said the car has been in a major accident and the whole of the front of the car has been damaged and the car should never have been sold to me. But when u look at the car u would never even think it been damaged but it’s what is damaged underneath the body work. Please don’t pass any money over to this dealer. It’s a complete con .
SCAM!!!!!! West Motors is a vehicle dealership that represents the industry's worst traits. They use deceptive and aggressive marketing strategies to attract customers, but after a purchase is completed, their interest in delivering decent customer service vanishes. The personnel are evasive and unhelpful, making dialogue difficult. The cars they offer frequently have hidden flaws, and their promises are meaningless. Dealing with West Motors feels like slipping into a trap, and clients are on their own to cope with the consequences. This dealership should be avoided since its practises are misleading and its integrity is badly weak. If you are still willing to buy your car from here, then GOOD LUCK.

Kell went above and beyond for us at West motor dealership to ensure we received the best care whilst purchasing our vehicle. Amazing customer service.
Although the car we bought is great, when we arrived the car was very dirty - had to be cleaned before we could look at it - even though they knew we were coming to view the care, the overall experience from the team was not good. We had pressure selling to buy warranty, and the other products, even to the point that Farooq had to get his manager Jamie to come over and do his sale pitch on warranty, stating they have shares in the warranty company, so if anything goes wrong, we get priority! The after sales care was not a good experience, Farooq forgot to give us the car spare key, and said it would be in the post,.... nothing, so we classed, spoke to Jamie who also said it would be in the post, nothing...with lots of chasing, and a month later, they admitted they had misplaced the key. Despite trying to blag us everything we spoke to them. When Farooq was doing the sales pitch to sell the car, he said he wanted to get one over his colleague Andy who keeps stealing his sales?? So... overall experience has not been great hence the low review rating.

I am extremely disappointed by the service I received upon attempting to purchase a Mercedes GLA from West Motors. After expressing my interest and being informed that the car was available, I paid a £99 deposit to secure the purchase. As the trip to the dealership was 200 miles (one way), I was fully prepared to complete the purchase. The day before my planned visit, I called the office to inquire if the car was ready for collection. I asked specific questions, such as whether the car had been cleaned both inside and out, and whether it was in MINT condition mechanically. I was assured that the car had been moved to the plot and so that means it was ready for sale. I was also told that someone will call me back with more information same day. Unfortunately, no one called me back. When I arrived at the dealership next morning, I was appalled to find that the car's interior was dirty and had a bad smell. This was most certainly not the impression I should be given. After starting the engine, I noticed a strange noise coming from it, and at this point I knew something was wrong. The agent told me that the car will be detailed later on..(but this should have been done before my arrival imo.). Now all started to getting up as agent admitted that the car had not passed its inspection and therefore could not be taken to the street. Next, I was shown an almost identical car, which I was told had great specs, but I soon discovered that it had several faults and wouldn't even start so I couldn’t even take it to a test drive However, he still tried to persuade me to purchase that car… Moreover, when I mentioned the Carvertical report I had done prior to my visit, it revealed that the car was subject to outstanding finance. This fact had not been disclosed to me. I asked if there was any way the situation could be rectified and the agent said they would do their best to sort it out. I was then informed at 3:44pm that they were unable to do so, and that they would need to sort out the remaining finance. Throughout this process, I felt that the dealership was more interested in selling me a car insurance policy with a paint cover for £2,000, rather than selling me the car itself. It appears that West Motors does not prioritize customer satisfaction, and for this reason I would not wish to go through this process again with them. I really hope that my review was comprehensive, accurate, and detailed, and I hope that the company takes it seriously.

I had a very negative and traumatic experience with a west motors London they sold me a Range Rover Velar (HJ68VCZ) that broke down on a duel carriageway 4 days after purchase. After taking to Land Rover to establish what the problem was I was informed that it had never been serviced and has catastrophic engine failure. The car required a completely new engine. This all happened within 4 days of buying the car. On top of that, the dealership is refusing to pay my deposit and has been extremely complacent and unhelpful throughout the entire process. They were aware that the car had never been serviced, they were aware that the car had the engine management light on before it was sold to me ( they sent me a copy of the pre sale inspection list which indicated the light was on) but they failed to disclose this information to me prior to the sale. As a result, I ended up with a dangerous and faulty vehicle that required a major repair. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from this dealership to think twice. Their lack of honesty and transparency about the condition of their vehicles is a serious issue, and it's clear that they are not willing to take responsibility for their actions. If you're looking for a safe and reliable car, I would recommend looking elsewhere. We are now in the process of taking this to court but I’m leaving this review to save you your time and money.

Charlie Smith in response to Worst experience of my life
Have you had much movement taking them to court? Whats the process been like so far?
I bought a Land Rover Discovery Sport from the company on 13/9/2022. The salesperson, Jamie Blowey, said the car was checked completely, all problems were fixed and was good for driving. After 7 months, I found there was oil leakage on 6/4/2023. The garage said the chain of the gearbox aged and expanded seriously, it clashed with the case of the gearbox and made a hole lending to the oil leakage. The problem is impossible to be developed in 7 months. And the maintenance cost is GBP4224.97. I have visited two garages and both of them said the chain should have been replaced before releasing the car to the market. It is a 7-seat family car and the problem consituates a serious safety problem. I trusted the company, the car have completely checked before selling to me, but actually it was not checked. I am requesting for an explanation but no one response.

Have you had any response?
They come across very friendly, but it's all fake. You buy a car and and they cover up all the problems with the car. Then you drive away and it all starts to happen. You become aware of all the faults but when contacting them they keep making excuses all the time. They are complete liars. The car I got from them is awful. So much work needs doing. They even told me that they have moved. What a joke. Please be carefull I really don't want customers going through what I am having to go through. Check reviews. There are certainly a lot of unhappy customers. The good reviews I reckon are from close people that they know. It's disgusting in how they think they it's right in how they are selling unsafe cars and taking our money . Passing a MOT when engine light is on. That is a fail. The more people that report there issues to DVLA the better. This company needs to be closed down and never trade again.
