I have bought a Peugeot 3008 2010 modeland I have paid the whole amount they asked. At the time of delivery I asked the salesman when should I change the engine oil and filters and he said I havr to only change it after 12000 miles or 1 year as they have already changed it. After a couple of days my vehicle engine sound was changed and a message was displaying with red colour stop light with beeps " low engine oil pressure ". I went to a nearest garage and when they checked the oil and filters was not changed for ages. I changed that and the vehicle was ok. When I contacted them they said that it is my mistake that i went another garage and they offered a £40 for the cost of oil change. When I told them I am going to put a review they told me to not to do that and so I demanded an year warranty for the car. They told me to pay £250 for that. I have got the pictures of oil and filter which I changed. So please don't believe in what they says. Please do thorough checks if youbare buying a car from them.

My son has just purchased his first car from West Motors. From the first phone call right through to delivery, the service we received was great. They were happy to answer any questions we had and my son is really happy with the car. Would definitely recommend!

Bought my second car off these guys a few weeks ago and I just can't recommend them highly enough. I bought my first one off them back in 2015 and drove it over 80,000 miles and thought it's time to get it changed. It seems they moved sites since then and their company expanded over the years. Recently visited and purchased a lovely Nissan qashqai from West motors. From seeing the advertisement and speaking to the polite staff there I went and viewed the vehicle. George really did explain every feature of the car, and was professionally outstanding in his handling of the sale. Both staff made the whole experience less daunting for me, and even assisted me with the tax on the vehicle. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to buy a car. My friend in January is going to visit with her daughter. Great service.
Got Toyota avensis from West Motors in September 19. advert was full service history. 2004 mileage MOT done. no bargaining. As soon as started driving home after paying the engine sign started flashing. Went back immediately Alan switched off manually. Within a week started stalling. Went back to them. Salesman Alan did computer check and said all is ok. I believed him and left. Within a week again stalled. Now the heating went off. Went back again. They kept car for 3 DAYS And I kept calling for update. Eventually got car back saying all sorted . believed them again and left. 3rd week same problem recurred. heated discussion with Ken and I said I will take to another approved garage as lost trust in them. The guy at West motors ken was helpful but not ready to take responsibility. Took to another approved garage to pay my own money. The approved garage quickly found problem with head Jack and apparatus which West motors couldn't find in 3 days. Fake servicing. Appalling. dont use. They gave my money back which is why we need star . But the fact is when you buy a car from them the servicing they claim is fake. If you are lucky and the car is good anyways then it will work. There will be no servicing or checks it's your luck that the guy who sold the car to West motors has sold in good condition. They will lie about aa checks. The garage they use for apparently servicing is bollocks. Fooling people . Don't use my advise.

My wife and I live between Bath and Chippenham and have been looking for a Skoda Yeti for many months when the car we finally bought was found on this site. It was now or lose it so we travelled the 100 miles to see it. It was perfect after looking and test driving the Yeti. We've now had it more than a month and it's great and so far no complaints. Kinan and staff were very helpful and helped us sort everything out paper-wise and a week later went to pick the aforesaid vehicle up. We would use West Motors again.

I searched around for a Ford Mondeo for my son & came across one that West Motors was advertising. I've bought a lot of cars so turned up expecting something that was in some way defective (sadly, often the case) but instead, was very pleasantly surprised by an immaculate, clean vehicle (with supporting paperwork) and an extremely pleasant salesman - no pressure at all plus a decent test-drive (not the normal hop around the block). Highly recommended.
