Yazan and his team provided an exceptional service for me when I wanted to change my car. All stock was of great quality and a fair price given for my car in part exchange. A full test drive was given with no pressure at all to buy. I looked at several other Dealers in the area but none came near the standard set by West Motors West Drayton. My daughter Debbie and I had been looking for an additional A Class Mercedes prior to 2012 model. Daughter had previously bought her A Class a month earlier and I was so impressed I wanted to own the same. We had looked for some time to see one that caught our eye in the Dorset Area without success, but eventually saw the car we liked some 90 miles away at West Motors Drayton. We liked the look of the car its condition etc, but was very impressed with the reception we received and the very excellent through test drive we had from Yazan (the manager). I highly recommend buying a used car from West Motors and would be happy to go back there to purchase another. Debbie and Norman Garrington-Potts.

Time for a review as it already a bit longer than I promised. Purchased an Audi Q5 Car from West Motors and it runs like a dream. The service was faultless from start to finish. All staff are professional and make you feel comfortable. No pressure sell. I will return for my next car.

West Motors are a credit to garages selling cars I bought a car from them and after a week the car was showing a few problems I rang them and they gave me a courtesy car and booked my car in to be looked at a few new parts fitted and car is perfect they weren’t to know that these parts needed doing at time of sale I am so pleased I used a reputable dealer who helped me a word of advice to future purchasers if the vehicle is not quite right just give them a call and they will help you.

West Motors sold me a vw golf last year which seemed amazing at the time, 1 year later and it's scrap.... complete engine rebuild required and my mechanics found cheap cover ups on major faults...... if u buy a car from here get it checked by some1....... absolute crooks and I will be reporting them when I have all paperwork back from trading standards.

Our records show you bought a VW Golf 1.4 GT in September 2017 however we haven't received any correspondence from yourself over the last year in regards to any issues with the vehicle... We could have helped at some stage if you had some on-going issues with the vehicle. It's a quite unfair to rate us 1 star when we never heard from you and never had the chance to help to prove our highly rated after sales service. Lots of things could happen over the course of a year and the way you service your car is very important in order to keep the car on the road. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment and hope we can help in any way we can. Best wishes

I bought a car from West Motors in October and drove it home. Battery was dead the very next day very inconvenient. Finally got it jump started and took it back for a replacement battery. Again very inconvenient as I'm not local to that area. A week later noticed the cd player didn't work again several hours later of waiting around in their cabin they replaced it, leaving a dent on my dashboard for the privilege. Battery was still constantly dying I had to buy a jump starter another £100 gone. However the problem persisted so I bought another battery myself it was cheaper than driving to them etc. But battery still kept dying. Paid honda £60 for a diagnostic and turns out the Bluetooth was faulty. So far I've paid in access of £300 which doesn't include all the inconvenience. Now the air con isn't working, tried topping it at two different locations but no luck. Booked into honda for another diagnostic another cost of £60. The climate control unit isn't working. The likelihood is that the replacement in October didn't work but in winter I didn't check it. Honda don't repair only replace so I'm looking at £7500. Essentially more than I paid for the car. Called West Motors for suggestions and I've been told to buy a used one from a recommended online site and have it fitted at cost to me again. Btw I paid for the extra warranty and it doesn't cover any of these items so was a waste of circa £300. I bought from this company based on reviews. I hope this provides others with suitable alarm bells. Check out the car fully don't rely on the warranty it's a total waste of time. I may also contact the AA just to log my concerns if nothing else. Needless to say if I can't find a suitable fix I'll be getting rid of the car in less than a year! That's a record for me and been a constant disappointment.

We are somewhat surprised by the content of your review, as we feel that we have tried to assist you on every opportunity we have been given. We do not sell cars with known faults and we take meticulous care in preparing all of the vehicles we advertise and sell. Unfortunately, from time to time, cars can develop issues which are unknown to us, and given a realistic timescale, we will always do all within our power to assist in correcting these issues – as you can see from previous reviews and the fact that we replaced the battery and cd player on your car. Given that you have owned your car for over 9 months and the air conditioning has just shown a fault, this would be the owners responsibility. We give all customers with the option of extending and upgrading the free warranty policy we provide and you did decide to extend but not upgrade. Unfortunately the cover level you selected would not cover this part. Honda as a main dealer will always opt to fit a new part, however your car is not brand new and that expense is definitely not required. We would strongly advise that you seek a reconditioned part for your air conditioning as this is the cheaper option and it is likely to come with a warranty. With all that is said above, we are sorry to learn of your disappointment. West Motors

The car was a good price and I have had no big problems with it. The customer service was good but they did not clean the car at all which was disappointing. I would recommend them but think they should make more effort in regards to presentation

I Purchased a Mazda 6 from West Motors. The dealership were good and happy to help, the car is good but could have been in slightly better condition when they handed it over to me. It was really good value for money though and up to now I have had no issues. I would recommend them.
