Purchased a very low mileage Dacia Logan MCV three months ago, so far the vehicle is spot on, no complaints whatsoever, it was exactly as described with no surprises when I viewed it. Found the folk at Williams Motor Company helpful and polite, prepped the car as promised, I’d certainly use this dealer again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending 😀

The car had an issue which was unfortunate, however the guys down at Williams have sorted it for me and agreed to pay us to do it privately considering our distance from the dealership. The lads are really accommodating, knowledgably and honest. 4 stars for my overall experience due to the small issue with the car, however 5 stars for the company themselves!

After we bought the Fiat 500 for our daughter from Williams Motor Company, there was an issue with the car, but when we let the dealership know they helped get things rectified. We took to a local garage and all got fixed and we have had no issues since. Williams Motor Company reimbursed us for the cost of this, this process took a little longer than expected, but this was just due to Christmas staff holidays. Overall I am happy with the service I received along with the car. My daughter is currently learning to drive and has her theory comming up, We are all looking forward to her getting out and about in it.

When having a little look online I came across Williams Motor Company, there advert for the Ford EcoSport was very detailed, then when I called them to discuss coming to view the car, they told me lots more about the car and were very transparent. The team were amazing, I am really happy with my purchase and the experience. I would recommend!
