I went to the Car store in Coventry on Sunday, looked around in the pouring rain, found a car I liked, checked the advertised price in the window (£6135)found it was within my price range so took it for a test drive, checked the price with Pinder who took us for the drive. All good, went away to check insurance costs as it was an Audi so unsure how expensive it was going to be. Contacted the following day to say that I wanted to purchase the vehicle only to be told that the vehicles price was incorrect in the window and apparently should have been changed to £6450. I had taken a picture of the advertised price so could prove it, but instead of them selling it to me for the price they advertised it at I was told I should of checked the website for all prices. I am sorry but people buy cars based on the advertised prices in the car window. Awful service !!

Booked a viewing on line at The Car Store Coventry. Turned up next morning and no one had a clue. Said sharan was not in today. Yet she was upstairs!! Anyway got to view the car and there were a few issues. Dent/scratches/ marks on the interior. The sales man said if I bought the car today he would arrange Gardx for free. I thought it was free anyway. I felt very uncomfortable and pressured during my time there. Salesman tells me he’s not on commission🤫 yet saying let’s get the paperwork sorted and the cars yours. my escape was telling him and the manager I have a car to part exchange and I would go and get all the paperwork. I got in my car and drove off.

This The Car Store Coventry is great to buy cars from just had one rude member of staff named yusra she is really rude will not come back again if she is there would recommend this place to family and friends if yusra is not working there.
I strongly recommend Car Store Coventry. From day one they took excellent care of me and giving me all the different options they had according to our budget. They work with me to find what car could fit with my needs and financial possibilities. After about a days of searching they finally got the right car for me with the price meeting my request. I thank Mr Kiani for his friendliness, patience and honesty. I think Kiani's attitude and honesty motivated me so much that I finally going to buy the car and I do love the car. Thanks also to the senior crew member Mr Singh support and the good deal.

Customer service is very bad at Car Store Coventry. They can get nasty with you as well and make you feel as if you are been a nuisance. They are excellent at getting your money and making sure you keep the car for the 14 days guarantee and after that you are stuffed. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

Bought car and expensive warranty. Car was supposedly thoroughly checked before purchase - 5000 miles later major work needs doing and they refuse to cover it. Apparently we are negligent if we don't follow manufacturers recommendations but they don't even when their Ford dealership says they should. Would never buy a car from Evans Halshaw Car Store in Coventry again and they're giving the name Evans Halshaw a terrible reputation.
