Good service by Gary when getting my new car through Concept Car Credit. There's an issue with the windscreen and bumper that still need sorting, but apart from this everything else is great and is driving fine so far

We actually bought three cars at the same time from Concept - One for me, another for my partner and a third for our daughter. I can't remember the name of the chap who helped us, but he were great! Really helpful and we'd definitely recommend him going forwards.

Was dealt with by James,I think his name was,test drove the car all fine,though did find fault on return home,car was vibrating at 70mph,got it in and it just needed front wheels resitting and balancing,it's a good car,would use them again,shame they don't have a branch in Yorkshire.Although to date 12,aug,2025 I have yet to receive the Logbook

Gav made sure the vehicle was valeted to a high standard before I picked it up, which I really appreciated, and he was nothing but helpful throughout. I would definitely go back again.

A few of my friends have got their cars from here and recommended it to me. I enquired and got a quick response with lots of different options and details on what would be best for me. I chose the one I wanted and went in to get it within a few days, I am very pleased with my choice and haven't had any issues so far. After the paperwork was done I went in on the monday and left the same day with the vehicle, I found it to be a quick turnaround without any hassle, I think changing my insurance actually took longer than getting the car haha! Service was great, everyone was friendly, and they made sure I was happy with my choice. Car is great been using it pretty much everyday for work and no issues at all.
