had problems with the car I bought. Garage had to take it back twice. Courtesy car provided and car issue finally sorted. Giving them 5 because I don't rate people for getting the basics right, I rate people for sorting things out when problems arise. I had a high spec/prestige car for px, didnt wanna drive anything below that spec. They gave me a good choice and committed to buying the car and gave me a reasonable px value. Sale didn't feel pressured, if anything, they were patient with me as I had some delays and even got the sorted for collection earlier than agreed. I went to see the merchanic who worked on my car post collection. He was great. The car issue was puzzling even for an independent merc specialist. Wouldn't hesitate using them again or recommending. Buying and selling a car is easy. It's the aftercare that impressed me most.

Car is fine. I find it easy to apply with them and I’ve bought off them previously, so they helped me get rid of the previous finance. It was all explained and I knew what the payments would be. Staff are friendly and they managed to get me approved so I went back.

Car is absolutely running fantastic, top notch. Good decision to go with this dealership, i've had no issues at all. I gave four stars as no one is perfect but they have been absolutely brilliant. I was googling a car, found a broker and then got in touch with concept car credit. I was invited over to see the car, decided on a car and drive home same day.

The car is good, no problems. They contacted me and I happened to be looking for a car. Easy to apply with them, the finance was explained to me properly. Four stars as I felt like they were putting abit of pressure on me to get a car. I decided on one then drove home same day, the car was ready for me to take it away.

After looking elsewhere they contacted me so I went to see the cars they had. I was in for about an hour and got the car, it was easy. I didn’t expect that as I’d seen several cars before. Guy was very helpful, he went through everything thoroughly. I would finance a car again through this dealership. The Volkswagen Polo I purchased is very good.
