I recently had a terrible experience with another company when buying a car, it had and engine fault. So with this in mind I was nervous and a little dubious to buy again, but the guys at Concept really put my mind at ease. They explained everything thoroughly throughout every step, they were brilliant. The Kadjar I bought is fine and happy to report no issues - which is a massive relief.

This is the second car I have had from Concept, I find them to be such a reliable dealership and the staff are always welcoming. I am very pleased with my new car, I went for a Qashqai this time. I am still waiting for my logbook but hopefully I shall get that soon. They are a trusty dealership, I recommend them!
