The guys were really transparent throughout the whole process, they talked me through everything and even put the car on hold for me with a sold sign while I sorted out some things. I could tell that concept really care about customers and the experience the customer has, in regards to the vehicle, I am really happy with it, it has got to have a few things sorted but they have been more than happy to help me out yet again.

Couldn't be happier with the service from Concept, they aren't like other dealerships. I could tell they really care about their customers and are willing to help when other dealerships just push away. I felt they went above and beyond and kept their promises. The car I went for I am really pleased with it, I would 100% recommend to others.

I am really pleased with my vehicle, as well as the customer service. There was no pressure on the sale, and I didn’t feel rushed into anything. The car was cleaned spotlessly before I left with it. I can’t complain.

The sale process went smoothly, and I would possibly use them again in the future. They didn't have time to get it serviced before collection, so this was arranged for after, and so far everything's okay with the vehicle apart from the tyres.

When I dropped into Concept Car Credit on the off, I never thought I'd end up leaving with a new vehicle – but here we are! My Audi A1 was becoming a bit of a faff to get in and out of, so when a Kia Sportage caught my eye I decided to give it a go. I absolutely love it! Most importantly I no longer feel like I’m sitting on the floor 🙂 The guys at the dealership were dead on...I just need them to help me sort one of the front washer jets but other than that, it's a solid 5/5 for service so far.
