The Kadjar we have recently purchased through Concept has been great and it was just what we needed. Would happily use again when the time comes for another car.

Gaz was brilliant from start to finish when I was buying my Crossland through Concept Car Credit! He was prompt and transparent, got issues rectified for me in a timely manor, I couldn't of asked for more from him. It was great that when your get in touch with Concept you will only speak to one person, they will look after you and you don't get passed from pillar to post constantly like other companies! Would use them again and hopefully Gaz will help me in the future too!

It is fantastic to finally have a reliable car after having my fair share of money pits in my last couple of cars. I cannot express more how extremely helpful the advisors where at Concept when I was going through the process, they got everything done very quickly and explained everything not only to myself but my partner too, which was great as then we are all on the same page.
