The car we got if mainly for my wife, she is happy with it and so far it's all been good. We were looked after well at the dealership. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car was cleaned for us prior to leaving. We both have no complaints.

I was looking online when I came across Concept, to be honest I wasn't expecting to get the car so when I did I was really pleased. All the staff that I dealt with were friendly and helped me with anything I asked. I would definitely recommend them, they are a great dealership. I went for a Nissan Qashqai and it has been spot on couldn't fault it as a vehicle.

It was such a easy process buying a car from concept, there was no pressure on the sale, the staff were all so lovely and made it a quick transaction, I didn't feel stressed at all. I got a Corsea and I like it alot, had a good run around in it so far and all is working how it should. 5 stars.

Everything has been okay, Concept have been really good at getting me in and looking at issues. They topped up the adblue and the warning I had went, however it is coming on intermittently now so that is why I am leaning towards it being a sensor issue. They have been really accommodating and I feel comfortable taking the car to them if needed as I know they will look after it. They provide a very high level of service.

I was not pressured to purchase. l did not have large amount of deposit bur l was able to purchase a good car

I honestly cannot thank Gaz enough, he has honestly saved me! My car prior this one set on fire, it was in and out of the garage at least 5 times, I was then unfortunately getting turned down left, right and centre from other car companies. I was feeling so deflated and had given up the car buying process. This is when I came across Concept, Gaz was so understanding, he talked me through all my options and then when I went to the dealership in person he was super patient throughout. Since having the car any questions I have had I have been able to still reach out and get a helpful response. In regards to my vehicle I feel such a sense of relief having a working vehicle with no problems. Thank you so much to Gaz and the rest of the team who helped.

Gaz was brilliant from start to finish, very helpful and provided really good service. I am pleased with my new car, everything has been fine it is brilliant. I couldn't be happier to be honest.
