Concept are a really great company. I got a Mini Cooper, I came away 95% positive, and you never get 100%. I thought the service I received was excellent. It would have been close to 100% if I had received the service history. but all in all a very positive experience

The guy I dealt with at Concept was top! What really stood out to me was the fact you can change the car every 2 years, which I think is a huge bonus, nobody does that. I have to give it 5 stars, I am really happy with the Renault Koleos.

Car is lovely, it’s a perfect drive and I couldn't ask for much more. My last car ran out of its MOT which is always a good reason to treat myself a little bit. We were looking online at car finances and Concept were the first to call me back and just went with them, I didn't have any doubt or issues with them so didn't look anywhere else after that. Liam's communication was good too, he kept giving me updates and just made it painless really.

I got the car delivered to me as I am a bit of a distance from the dealership. I never went to view in person but I was very pleased when it arrived. Everything was exact. The images and videos I had seen didn't hide anything and the car was as I expected. The delivery was on time and the communication from the dealership was good. I haven't had any issues since it arrived.

Very accommodating dealership, I couldn't have had a better experience. they went above and beyond for me, helping me with insurance and filling up the fuel. I have had the car for about a month and half now and not had any issues. It dids take me some getting used to as I went from a Ford Focus to the renault megane, but I am happy with it, got used to it and it is great having bigger boot space. I would rate concept a 5 as they were great to deal with from start to finish and when I did need a filter change it was covered by the warranty I got with them and done quickly.

I actually bought the Volkswagen for my wife and she hasn’t complained about it yet so it’s no problem aha, There was a little issue once we got the car but the dealer sorted it all out. The customer service at Concept Car Credit was good, they are good people man 😊
