Full marks for Concept Car Credit

All good except from having to send my Audi A4 back this week to get numerous things fixed on the car

I have bought from Concept Car Credit in the past, and each time the service has been good, making it an easy transaction. Everything is okay with the car; I've had no issues. I am still waiting for my warranty to be sent to me, but hopefully, this will be sorted soon. I will definitely be returning to Concept again in the future.

This was my first time purchasing from Concept Car Credit, and the whole process was really quick. We took the car home the same day. Everyone at the dealership was nice and friendly. We were running late as we hit traffic, but they didn’t rush us at all and still let us test drive the car and sorted out our temporary insurance for us to drive it home. The only criticism I have is that the brake pads are quite worn. They’ve probably got a few months left on them, but I feel it would have been nice if these were changed before we purchased. But I would still go back and recommend Concept, as they were great.

I already have a Mercedes but purchased a second one from Concept Car Credit as a runaround. Although I have only used it here and there so far, there have been no issues, and it’s a great car. This was my first time going to Concept Car Credit, and I was so shocked at how easy the whole process was—it was so straightforward. I went in, and there was no waiting around. I got asked if I knew what car I was looking for, viewed a few different options, and then went into the process of purchasing. There was no pushiness from any of the sales team; they were just very helpful. I have to say it was one of the easiest processes I've been through with a car dealership. I can tell they really care about making it a pleasant customer experience. If I could give a 10, I would.

This has to be my fourth time going to Concept Car Credit. I trust them a lot and have never had any issues with any car I've purchased from them, or if I had had an issue, they are brilliant at sorting it out right away. This time around, I purchased a VW Golf, and I am really happy with it. I had an issue with the phone charging port, which needed replacing, but I let the guys know, and they ordered the part and had it sorted for me by the end of the week—a very quick process. Very happy, as usual, with the service provided by Concept. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We recently purchased a Peugeot 3008. It is mainly my wife who uses it, and I haven't had/heard any complaints from her, so I assume everything is going great with the car. We had a bad buying experience when purchasing my last car from a different dealership, but the experience at Concept Car Credit has really restored my belief that there are still great dealerships out there. Everyone at the dealership was nice, and there was no hassle at all. We were in and out and had the car the same day. It was cleaned, and everything was done for us. It was just a really good experience for both of us. I will definitely be going back in the future for myself! Thank you to everyone at the dealership.
