Concept went above and beyond for us. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. They helped me sort everything out with a previous car I had, and literally everything was done for me without any hassle at all. The car I have gone for is slightly more expensive than what I was originally after, but they made sure I was still comfortable with it, and the car has really grown on me. I love it! It's orange! I never thought I'd be in an orange car and actually enjoy it, but it is lovely and I am so thankful for Concept. I highly recommend them and would 1000% use them again.

Kieron was great, he made the whole process really easy and comfortable. He made sure I understood everything, and any questions I had, he answered. I got the car the same day, I wasn’t left waiting around, and it was cleaned spotlessly. I couldn’t be happier with it.

When first going through Concept, I was messed around with the car I had finance approved for being withdrawn at the last moment due to a steering rack issue. After this the service was good and my new vehicle is fine with everything seeming okay

It was an all round good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful - they helped me find the car and even delivered it. There was a few marks on the car when it arrived but I let it slide because it is a used car. I'll go back again in the future.
