I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe solely by having a conversation with Gary and checking the pictures on the website. Was a bit sceptical but the car was everything promised and more. it was delivered to my door by George who is an absolute gentleman and knows his cars ! From initial call to getting the car only took 3 days and I could have had it delivered even faster if required. I would totally recommend JGM and actually have already to a friend looking for a trade in and buy a 4x4.

I've recently purchased a Ford Cmax from the guys at JGM. I had'nt read any reviews of these guys as I did'nt go looking to be fair. From mthe off, the guys at JGM were friendly and helpful, turned out that there was a fult with the stereo which the guys told me to get priced for replacement which I did. Stereo replaced and the cheque is on the way. Communications has been very good. In my experience to date, I cannot fault em Cheers

I have a court date due with JGM soon. Within 10 minutes of collecting vehicle I returned it when a major fault developed, rejecting it and asking for a refund. Like other reviewers I was met with aggression and accusations that I had broken the vehicle in the few minutes it was In my possession. I would avoid this business at all costs.

I identified a car I was interested in being sold by JGM Motors back in May. As the company was around 200 miles away from my home I arranged a private inspection and was more than happy with the result. Following this the car was delivered in a timely fashion to my home address. The company has fulfilled all of its promises. In particular it has sourced and provided a manual for the car (which was not an easy task) and has provided full details of the car warranty by post. Overall I am very happy with the car and the service provided.

I have just bought a car from jgm motors it was great value for money they put it in for its mot at there expense I have read that the customer services has been bad for some people I found them to be very friendly and helpful I would recommend this garage to anyone

I feel I got a good deal in my car, some minor issues were sorted by Tracy and Gary before purchase. I'm very pleased with my car and have received a customer satisfaction call to ensure everything is going OK. The car came with a three month warranty which I haven't had to use. Buying a second hand car is always going to be a nerve wracking process but I got a bargain car that I'm happy with.
