Purchased my Mercedes C250 last year with them and I have to say it was a pleasure through the whole process. From the test drive, to putting a deposit to reserve the car so that I can sort out finance and the paperwork, it all went smooth and professional and great customer service. As it was time to service my car, thought I would go back and do it there. Very good customer service, from booking in my car to coming in on the day and all the work being carried out within the time they said it would take. Would highly recommend buying and servicing your Mercedes from MB Brent Park.

After looking at the reviews, i was quite worried about going to MB Brent Park however they were the only ones with a great value for money on a Mercedes-Benz SL350 AMG Sport car. Spending £40K on a car meant that i had to do my research and thought i should just check them out. I walked in the showroom and found the car parked inside further back. Was greeted by Mr Hussain and given more details about the car. I wanted to feel the car so asked for a test drive which meant they would have to take the car infront out first; this was done quickly and without any huffing and puffing. Fell in love with the car straight away and put a deposit down. Next day i came and found it parked infront of the showroom all sparkling and beautiful. Finished the paperwork quickly and left with the biggest smile on my face. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I Really wish I had found this site before purchasing my car - I could literally copy and paste your journeys with these rouge traders. Brought a £10k Car in Sept 2015 (dirty with old sweets in interior) - by October all dash board lights had failed, Hussain was EXTREMLY rude and unsupportive - £500 later we had fixed local. 2 Months later the Cam chain / tensions all snap and blow up engine ..... SUPRISE SUPRISE will accept no liability for not servicing car enough depth 8 weeks on through the complaints process (protocol) and with out no shock MB Brent park are not accepting liability so we can finally continue with legal proceeding's.... Good luck to their next victims !

My PX vehicle was parked without a ticket days after sale & I received the bill (not to mention the headache of all the paperwork) together with failure to pay the London Congestion charge too. My new vehicle is missing a part which Hussain assured me he had ordered, but 6 weeks on 'no sign' of it despite chasing him via email & telephone. On the face of it my new car seems reasonable value, albeit not complete but their carefree attitude with my PX vehicle has caused me huge bother - my advise is to look elsewhere.

Great guys at MB Brent park!! I was initially put off by some bad reviews that I had read, but take my advice... ignore them, these guys are amazing and went above and beyond. I live 1.5 hours away and found it hard to pop up and see my chosen car regularly. They kept me very well informed about the car during my many phone calls. On the day of viewing the c250 coupe, I arrived at around 6.30 , just before closing on a Friday evening. I got shown around the car, it was gleaming after its earlier Valet and went for a test drive. I instantly fell in love. At no point did I feel pressured or belittled, unlike some other dealers I visited. After heading back and going through the part exchange details.. I decided to purchase the car and leave with it that evening. Three days after purchase I discovered I had a faulty seat sensor. I phoned MB Brent park and they couldn't of been more helpful, they were even willing to see me that day. The next day I went to their garage and had the problem fully diagnosed. That day the new official Mercedes Benz seat sensor was ordered. The following day I had a phone call saying the part had arrived. I went in that day and had the problem resolved. I would honestly rate MB BRENT PARK 10/10 if you are looking for an amazingly priced and spec'd Mercedes Benz, look no further than MB BRENT PARK.

Absolutely loved the customer service and everything about this place. MB Brent Park are very sophistuand everything about the transaction was easy and quick. I can assure those thinking about going their but not sure hence their other reviews (like I was) to not take their words into consideration. Go and see for yourself. Was greeted by a young man and offered drinks and had a lovely time talking. Would definitely recommend & whenever I need a car I know were to go now. Also, the manager Mr Hussain was really nice anf good manared. He helped so much with this process I don't think most car showrooms would bother like he did. AWESOME WORK GUYS and love the showroom!

We recently bought a Mercedes E class cabriolet and it was in good condition, we had no problems the guys were so helpful and made sure everything was in working order , some of the other reviews are bad but please don't listen to them because these guys are amazing and are always happy to help and if there is a problem they will always fix it , top quality well done

Mb Brent park, what can I say, I paid £9000 for a BMW, straight away on the day of pick up the car was covered in dirt , 3 days prior I told Hussein to repair airbag sensor (he didn't), it then went to Mr Hussains electrical engineer (his car sprayer) whom totally messed up all the wiring. I then made that individual look like a idiot in front of clients. Anyway 3 months down the line it got sorted but little did I know that it was bypassed, so yesterday I had a 5 mph crash & I was on my own but all airbags went off due to it being messed up by these incompetent people, My car is now a complete write off from a 5mph crash, the inside looks like a bomb went off, where the outside has minor damage. Anyway don't use these Mb Brent Park ever, like the above says friends at the beginning but don't want to know you once you have shelled out you hard earned money.

The sales part of our relationship was fine but they proved a bit difficult after the sale. Car was to be valeted and interior issues resolved but they have proved difficult to work with and get scheduled. Accused me of missing appointments where clear email trail exists of me cancelling and asking to reschedule. Their typical response is to just ignore you.
