This is our second time using mynewmotor and for the second time they have been excellent from a fair price on part exchange to resolving issues I noticed there wasn’t any paperwork for its last service on my new Audi on phoning Craig within half an hour he called me back arranged to have car in and service it no quibble no messing excellent have recommended already to friends but wouldn’t hesitate on using again or recommending to anyone
We recently purchased a car from My New Motor, and also part exchanged our previous car. We are really loving our new car, and so do our dogs in the new boot. We travelled up from Cornwall and we are glad we did. We were impressed with the size of the garage and great range of cars they have. After leaving a deposit over the phone, a few days later we arrived to view and test drive the car and we took our new car home the same day! Speedy service.
Easy and simple to buy the car. Love driving it around with the roof down ( Audi TT ) as summer is finally here! Great value and got myself a good car. They offer a 6 month warranty too. Very happy. Thanks to the team for getting it ready so quickly for me
I bought BMW X1 last December, well they promised the car before Christmas, then I got the car a week later, car started to give first problem in a week time, had to replace battery 229£ never got refunded, after another week part of the rear window stop to defrost, after a month car broke down in the middle of London, had to call a towing company, they suggested a garage nearby my address as I’m living far from them, I had to replace clutch flywheel crankshaft pulling, I had a bill of over 800£ and still they made me sent pieces back to them by ups, didn’t get refund, don’t answer my call and email. This people should not stay in business as they are cheating hard workers making their way to the end of the month. The best part calling the finance company they have denied everything, quite a strategy!

Hi Giana, we're sorry to hear you haven't been happy the service provided. Regarding the issues with your vehicle being based so far away we offered to either return the vehicle and have a courtesy car while work required was undertaken or take the car to a local garage for a diagnosis. Unfortunately, the garage you took the car to, that was local to yourselves were unable to diagnose the issues and had next to no communication (only mobile number provided for garage and nearly impossible to reach). We still to this day have not received a diagnosis on your vehicle and did mention that if unable to diagnose the issue we were happy book it in with a specialist and a courtesy car would be provided by ourselves. Unfortunately the language barrier was a big obstacle in getting this addressed and explaining any issues you had. We do offer a 6 month part and labour warranty as standard on our vehicles and would be happy to help in any circumstance, if you could contact us we are still happy to help resolve this for you. This garage was a great find. The used vehicles they offer are in superb condition and the entire staff, from mechanics to sales, are friendly and customer focussed. Nothing was too much trouble, the prices were right and I left a very happy customer.
Brought a Vauxhall zafira from this company a couple of weeks ago. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, we are very happy with our purchase as the staff made sure everything was right on the car before we took it away. Would definatley recommended this company to others
