I travelled a long way to pick up my new car from My New Motor I had spoken to George on the phone and sent various emails, to make sure that the car was exactly what I wanted before travelling to collec it On arrival by train, I was collected by Craig who allowed me to take it on an extensive test drive back to the dealership, where I received a friendly welcome from George and a well deserved cup of Coffee. After looking through everything it appeared the car was as promised, we were then given directions on the best route home which was needed as rush hour was approaching. George came across as a very honest and genuine guy that basically wanted to ensure we got the car that we desired. The 200 mile home journey proved the car to be lovely drive, and in the last month I have managed to add 3000 miles to the clock and every one has been a pure pleasure. Thank you!

Purchased a vehicle from these so called Motor dealers ! From start to finish it was a disaster . As regards their useless 6 months warranty which comes on a photocopied piece of a A4 forget it. Never return your calls . Only interested in selling the vehicle. DO NOT USE THEM

An inexperienced small time dealer who are not well versed in EU trading law. Very rude and aggressive when I questioned a fault on a car I had purchased that day from them. Tried to evade responsibility by saying they were a private seller and not a trader. Would avoid.

I recently purchased a 2010 Mercedes C class from My New Motor and was originally worried as I had to drive over an hour to see car. I couldn't have been happier when I arrived as the car was described spot on and I could not fault the drive. They have a good range of cars and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about my car. One of the best used car dealers I have dealt with and would recommend them to anyone.
