George and the team were extremely helpful and knowledgable throughout the whole process, all of the paperwork was swiftly taken care off including the finance which went threw in half hour and within 2 hours i was on my way home in my new car. Bought our car a couple of weeks ago, was a pleasant experience and they were very helpful and accomodating. We did discover a minor problem last week however they dropped us off a courtesy car and dropped our car back to USA couple of days later.. Cant fault the service provided and we would definitely recommend.

We recently purchased the second car in 2 years from my new motor and I've had the car for a couple of weeks now and couldn't be happier. The car was cheap compared to others I had seen but was in very good condition for the age and was accurately described. The staff were helpful throughout and I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a Ford Focus in July 2016. However upon driving it away I broke down. George came and picked the car up with my old car and said he'd have it fixed within a couple days and deliver it to me. 2 days later I called to see if had been fixed and he advised he was awaiting the part. Later that day he called and said it was ready and he'd deliver it the following day, however an hour before he was due I received a call to say the car had more problems (possibly the head gasket) and that he wouldn't be coming and he'd already taking it for auction. My question was why wasn't a full service done before hand? It then took nearly 2 weeks to receive my money back and numerous calls to the finance company to make sure the finance had been settled. I am still awaiting all of my property left in the car to be returned to me on promises from both sales managers and the owner 4 months later. They have ignored calls and not been honest having said they would send my property on many occasions. Not a happy customer. Sales good to begin with, after sales shocking.
