Hi sorry to hear about not receiving your V5 document, we've checked through our records and can't find any customers under the name of Tracey, can you confirm the registration of your vehicle? Signed logbooks are sent biweekly which can then take up to 6 weeks to be returned from the DVLA. A smooth and pleasant buying experience is our utmost priority,if you could also get in touch with us and let us know anything you weren't satisfied with in your buying experience we can look on how to improve this. Been looking for the right Cayman S for a long time, these guys had the exact one I was looking for. It was well described, and the sales guy was very knowledgeable and let me go for a test drive before I committed to anything. Very happy with the car.
Worst vehicle purchase ever ! Agreed to buy and when picking up it had no coolant! Had to fill it myself !! Promised extra's and still waiting 4 months in, had a leak which required body work repairs and they smeared silicone EVERYWHERE and ruined my 20k vehicle Still issues with it that they won't get fixed! Stay away! Trading standards informed!
My New Motor ltd couldn't have been more helpful, everything went smoothly and they were a good company to deal with. The Jaguar xkr is exactly the one I wanted and it was ready when they said it would be. I've recommended them to people already, I don't think there was anything more they could have done that would of made it easier I was very happy with the service.
Purchased a BMW 320D tourer from My New Motor, the staff were very knowledgeable easy going letting us try our child seats and prams for size. Overall we were happy with the sale .

Despite the car having had multiple issues since sale My New Motor Ltd have worked with me very well and paid out for various repairs and diagnostics so I can't complain about their after care service and I would us them again as they haven't ignored problems like some dealerships I've dealt with.

My New Motor are a small dealership with only 2 or 3 staff who were all very helpful and friendly. They gave the car an MOT and valeted it before the sale, during the test drive they told me about the history of the car. It felt like they were bending over backwards to help me throughout and even called up afterwards to check everything was going well. I traveled a long way and it was well worth the trip they were excellent. I strongly recommend them.
