Please please ...... do not trust the warranty for the car when you buy from riverview cars,it’s not cover to anything,just lying,if anything wrong with your car,you have to take to they garage,does it matter if you are 300 miles far away,not choice

This review is because an outer shield was loose on a exhaust back box after owning the vehicle for six months, we offered to replace the section completely free of charge, however, the customer claimed not to have time to come to the garage and left this review. Reading our other reviews it should be clear we have hundreds of very satisfied customers.

From the minute i walked to Riverview Cars I was made to feel very welcome, got shown around a few i liked, before deciding upon an astra, test drive was offered and instantly fell in love with it. Finance went through very smooth and quick. After care was offered free of charge, certainly will be back in the future.

Having owned my car now for six months, I though it only fair I left this review. River view are excellent both before and after sale. I would recommend to all!
Purchased a vehicle that had persistent startup issues. Riverview Cars had vehicle back 4 times within first few months totaling 12 weeks. Further issues appearing and have been told it may aswell be a "write off" due to amount of diagnostic electrical faults its displaying. Requested refund and they got a solicitor onto us - seems a go to tactic.

Thanks for the review. We feel it’s important to point out that the vehicle has now been owned for 9 months. From the diagnostic that you’ve had done, it’s clear the vehicle needs the alternator, this is covered under warranty. You have refused to get this issue resolved and have left us two reviews as we would not give you a refund after 9 months. We supply all cars with 12 months warranty so that any issues can be resolved quickly and at no cost to yourself. It’s unreasonable to expect any garage to offer a refund after 9 months.
Excellent customer service from the team at Riverview Cars. Quick and efficient. Erik and Kirsty are very friendly and go out of their way to please. My third car from this garage and will definitely be back.

Bought my bmw from Riverview Cars in outstanding condition even wheels etc all services etc before I picked it up the prep work was unreal and customer service and advice is outstanding would not buy from anywhere else now no rubbish patter as u get at the dealers.
