Ifound Gareth the salesman to be polite and efficient in getting information to me quickly as required.A phone call around 9.30am questions answered followed by some e.mails a decision was made around 10.30am and the car was delivered to my house some 200miles away in Scotland that late afternoon by Dave.Dave again was polite,no rush,no hassle,take your time check the car,test drive the car to your satisfaction.A very efficient transaction and one very satified customer with a gorgeous mercedes sl500 amg exactly as described by Gareth the salesman.I would certainly use Rix Motor Company again in the future.

Bought my car from them. Had my car 4months now and only put 1k on the clock and still in perfect condition . I recently contacted the garage again to as I seen another car I liked and wanted to part x my current car back in with them for another car . I payed £6000 for the car and the other week they had the cheek to offer me £3000 pound for my car bare in mind I have only had the car 4 months off them and only 1k pit on the car . I have managed to loos out on £3000 off them in only 4 months . And the service is hopeless ones you have taken the car away from them keep away and find a more decent garage who will not like to you stating if you go back to them they will give you a excilent price for you car

In my opinion rix motors are an excellent firm to deal with, I bought a bmw yesterday and dealt with Norman who in my opinion is an excellent salesman, not pushy and very helpful, gave me an excellent price for a trade in and was very patient in answerin* m6 questions. 8 whav3 bought from them before and would definitely go back to them. Contacted Rix motors spoke to Scott who was very helpful with arranging px for a Fiesta which was due in. Unfortunately had to let Scott know that I had seen another vehicle and would not be buying from them, he was very understanding and I was under no pressure to buy from them.
