My partner and I travelled for 40 mins to look at an advertised BMW X5, we phoned before we travelled to check the details, they got us into the showroom sat us down then told us that they wanted an extra £1000 for the vehicle, total fraud in my mind, trading standards should be sent into this place, even when the manager got involved, he belittled us by saying "oh well at least we are honest" no sure how.

Bought a Lexus IS250 from Rix motors in January 2014 and dealt with Dave Booth. I found the entire process to be fantastic. Dave made sure I was well looked after and wasn't pushy for the sale at all. Their aftersales care is also excellent, around a week or so after I bought the car, the brakes on the vehicle required some attention, Dave told me to bring the car back when convenient for me and he would get the issue fixed without hesitation. Where as other dealers may try and fob you off when it comes to brakes (or any fault actually once the car has left their premises), Rix motors were more than happy to help out and they didn't charge me a penny. Excellent service all round! Genuinely would use them again no problem.
