I bought a nearly new Kia Ceed in January, you would think the car was brand new from production, its in impeccable condition, I cannot believe it, very very low mileage and the I got a great deal with the price. I'm enjoying the car and very pleased I picked this model. The dealership looked after me very well, everybody I spoke to was very kind and helpful, quick communication and updates along the way. I highly recommend visiting Shelly Motors if you are looking to buy a new vehicle.

When my Stonic was delivered, I noticed the tyres was scuffed and a small scratch on the door. I loved the car, but these little bits disappointed me. I asked the dealer to rectify the issues and they asked that I dropped the car off with them when it was convenient for me. They changed put brand new tyres on all round and got the scratch in the door sorted. They re-delivered the car to me, and I was very happy this time. Can't fault how it was dealt with, quick and efficiently and very professional. High level of customer service displayed through-out the sale and after. I felt valued and looked after. I will use Shelly Motors again when I want to upgrade the Stonic for something new.

I recently upgraded form a very old Vauxhall Corsa to a brand new Kia Sportage and wow! I really am amazed, the car is incredible, its so different having something brand new when I've always been used to to older second hand cars. Its very nice to drive, so smooth it literally just glides, extremely light steering, very easy to function and effortless to actually drive. Its beautiful, I will never look back. I was very happy with the customer service, the dealer was helpful and polite, and when I collected the car, they had everything ready for me on time, and it was quick and simple. I will recommend to others!

I have used Shelly Motors before for servicing and repair requirements. When I was in the market for a new car, I had a look at their stock profile - very impressive. I found a Sportage and it ticked all the boxes, I order it and had a few telephone calls with the salesman, who was extremely helpful and courteous. The team was absolutely fantastic with me, always on hand to help and nothing was too much trouble. I collected the car on a Wednesday, it was ready on time and the hand over was smooth and quick. I was so impressed with the service I received, and the car. I bought another one there and then as a gift, it was the Stonic. The team got everything in order and completed all paperwork and I collected the Stonic on the Saturday - a very quick turn around. I am over the moon with my purchases - and I will highly recommend Shelly Motors for all vehicle needs!

Since buying our new car from Shelly Motors, I've not managed to get out as much as I'd like to, but what I have driven of it, I'm very pleased. I bought a Niro, its a lovely car, and very enjoyable to drive, and the price was good! Shelly Motors really took care of me, the customer service was great. The team were very responsive, professional and the process was smooth and quick. I collected the car, the site was covid-safe and contact free, it was a great little set up. I couldn't fault the dealership what so ever, I would happily recommend to family and friends.

We was looking for a new car from some time, we came across many, but one that stood out in particular was the Kia Niro from Shelly Motors, this one suited our needs exactly, it was just what we was looking for - ticked every box. The only issue we had was the distance, we live in North Devon and the car was in Epsom, a good 3.5 hours away. We made the journey, and I'm ever so pleased we did. The Niro is fantastic, we absolutely love it. The dealer did offer to deliver the car, but we had a trade in, and quite frankly I really enjoyed the drive home in the new car. Miko was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. When we got to Epsom is was a smooth, quick transaction. It was contact free and social distancing was in place through-out. The car looked incredible upon arrival, ever so shiny, clean - it was immaculate. A truly great experience, I would be more than happy to do the travel again to purchase again.

We wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. For the past 10 or so years we have used Shelly Motors to buy Kia's, mainly Sportage's. We have recently upgraded to a brand new one. This Sportage has many new functions that the old one didnt have. My Wife I are very impressed with techy bits of the car, but mainly media functions, we can have some nice background music on and there's lots to chose from, birds singing, waterfalls or even a pub atmosphere, its great, very techy. I find something new every day with it. Very pleased, we will be back in a couple of years to upgrade again. Thanks Shelley Motors, fantastic service as always, HIGHLY recommend!

I was a little hesitant to 1. buy a Kia and 2. Buy from a main dealer. I take it back - I was blown away! 10/10 for customer service and after care, it was brilliant. Everything from start to finish was smooth, quick and transparent. The dealer was open and honest and they explained everything to me very thoroughly. I was a bit moany and picky but the salesman answered all my questions, come back to be very quickly when contacting and helped us a lot with the part ex - it was all dealt with quickly and efficiently. They was very informative and patient and not once pushy. I would like to think in a few years time, I will return to Shelly Motors and trade this in for another new vehicle. I'm extremely pleased and would happily recommend to others.
