I have had around half a dozen cars from Shelly Motors in Epsom, I have met Chris, Charlie and Tom over the years of buying. Chris sold me the most recent car which is Kia Sportage, its smashing!! We've never had this model before, or anything as big, but its wonderful, my Wife loves it, she said its by far the most comfortable car she's ever been in, its very practical too for us, its lovely. Chris was fantastic through-out, ever so helpful and polite. He gave us all the information and facts, we didn't even bother shopping about, this was the first car we was interested in and we snapped it up, it felt right. Charlie was a massive help, I mixed some documents up and Charlie got this all sorted for me, very grateful. Each time we have been down on site the lads have been perfect, its a very nice environment, and everybody seems genuinely happy. This time was very different with a contact free collection, however it was a smooth, quick and simple process and everything was handled very professionally. The staff are very with it, and clued on on the stock held. I would give 10 stars if I could, Thank you to the team at Shelly Motors yet again, perfect customer service and a cracking car!!

I'm quite impressed with how smooth and quick the transaction was, everything happened as planned and on time. The Sportage I purchased is fantastic, its lovely to drive, very comfortable and lots of space inside, I'm very happy with it, The customer service was great, a very simple procedure, I would happily buy from Shelly Motors again, no complaints at all. My son is on his 3rd Kia from Shelly Motors and he has always been massively impressed with the dealership. I have never in my life bought s brand new car, but my son talked me into looking at Shelly's stock..... I've just purchased a VERY nice Kia Stonic. Its amazing, I'm so happy with it, I'm really glad I listened to my son! The salesman was brilliant, he gave me all the facts of the car, ran me through the functions, performance etc, and not once did he pressure or push me into the sale, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a quick, easy and smooth process, and I don't think I'll look back. I'll be back in a few years to upgrade with Shelly Motors.

I called Shelley Motors regarding a Kia E Niro, I was speaking to a lovely gentleman called Chris, we had a good 20 minute conversation and his customer service skills were exceptional. I order the car over the phone and I went to collect it the following day. A very smooth transaction - everything went as planned. I'm not really using the car as much as I'd like, for obviously reasons, but each time I do use it I'm learning something new everyday - its very technical and modern. I recently gave it a quick run on the motorway to try out the adaptive cruise control, I've only ever used standard cruise control, but the adaptive is fantastic. The car has lots of quirky functions, and I'm finding these daily, another very good function is the heated steering wheel. I could go on for hours about the car, its incredible and very very enjoyable to drive, I am very very pleased with it.

Given the circumstances, the whole transaction went as smoothly as it could, the customer service was fantastic. I purchased a Kia Sportage, very happy with it. I have enjoyed the little I've driven of it and I'm very eager to get some miles put on it. Thanks Shelly Motors!

I used Shelly Motors a few years back and Charlie looked after me, he was great after the sale too, always checking in and on hand to help with anything needed. My father was looking to buy a new car, I recommend him to contact Charlie and Charlie got him sorted with a lovely Kia Stonic. Since seeing my Father with the new car, I've had my eyes on the same model. I purchased one in January - the car is perfect, a really lovely car to drive and run. Everything went as planned, the car was delivered on time, and the dealership sorted everything their end, it was seam-less. I will recommend to other family members and friends.

I chose to buy from Shelly Motors as the stock range was incredible, there was so much choice and I didnt know what I was going to buy initially. I called and I got a very responsive, friendly and kind advisor, who asked me a few questions and purposed a few different models to me. I was sent pictures and video's to help me understand the cars. I chose a Picanto - with lots of help from the salesman, its very nice and I'm rather enjoying using it. A superb team of people working hard for their customers.

When searching for a car we had a few things to take into consideration, we wanted something brand new to last us a fair few years but it was difficult buying a car through lockdown and not been able to view it before-hand especially having quite a tight criteria. We took the plunge and chose the Kia Niro, a very very good choice, we are ever so pleased. Its spacious enough, practical and lovely to drive. It practically drives itself, very easy to function. I couldn't fault the customer service, the team were lovely to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. We collected the car and it was done very safely and contact free - no complaints what so ever, very happy with the purchase and the business.

I had a Kia Sportage for a few years, and I always used Shelly Motors in Epsom for servicing and repairs etc, always very organised and a smooth process. I was in the market for an upgrade and I like Kia's and I wanted to a brand new car, I've never bought a brand new car, so was a big thing for me. I decided to have a nosey with Shelly Motors... I ended up buying an E Niro... the car is absolutely incredible. I have only put about 200 miles on it so far, but I'm very excited to get some use out of it - for now it looks cracking on the drive! Customer service was brilliant, ever so helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. The dealer ensured a safe and contact free collection and all went ahead as planned - very well structured. I highly recommend.
