I am a regaualr customer to Shelly Motors, I have purchased 3 cars off them previously. This time round I wanted a Kia Sorento - I had a car to part exchange with them and they made the transaction as quick and safe as possible. I went through the whole sale process - very good team here, helpful and friendly and will take away any hassle! We arranged to come and collect the car and trade my old car in, the collection was contact free, it was quick and the dealer had everything sorted upfront. I have a great understand of the dealer now I've dealt with them a few times, I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. The Sorento is a dream - lovely motor, very pleased with it. The last 2 cars I have bought, have been from Shelly Motors, I recently wanted to upgrade to something newer, I like to upgrade my car every couple of years, and Shelly Motors offer the perfect options for this! For my 3rd car from them, I went for a brand new Kia Sportage, we arranged to have the car delivered, it was exactly on time and the delivery driver was very friendly and professional, as expected the car was gleaming when it got to us! Through-out the purchase the customer service was amazing, so helpful, friendly and no pressure at all - I will always use this dealer to buy vehicles and I highly recommend to anybody looking for a nice car at a good price, with excellent customer service.

It was all a little strange buying a car through a national lockdown, but the dealer did everything they could to ensure a smooth, quick and personal process. Given the circumstances, they did everything they could for me. I'm still getting used to the Kia Niro, I keep finding little functions and buttons still figuring it all out. Its really easy to drive, smooth and comfortable. I will happily recommend Shelly Motors to others.

I bought a Kia Stonic, and firstly the car is absolutely a dream to drive, its incredible and such a lovely car. I had a couple of minor issues with the car a couple of weeks after buying, I contacted Shelly Motors, they filled me with confidence that they would sort the issues. They picked the car up from me, did the work and dropped the car back to me. They did everything they said they would and more! They always remained very professional and polite and handled everything amazingly. They have been so helpful and supportive through-out the whole process and I cannot fault them at all. Chris was absolutely great, he did what he could to get us in the car as quick as possible, he worked very hard and looked after us very well. I had a Kia Sportage beforehand, and I really like them as cars, they are great size wise, comfortable, practical and just a nice car to drive. We decided to upgrade ours, for a newer, less mileage and better condition. We went to shelly motors and wow, the customer service was perfect, fantastic. The people are really nice, kind and polite and they will help with anything at all. They go above and beyond and really look after their customers. The new Sportage is brilliant, its lovely and everything I wanted. If I could rate 10/10 I would, nothing but perfect from start to finish. I will be back here when ready for another upgrade!

I am absolutely thrilled with my new car!! I absolutely love it. Charlie looked after me and from start to finish he was incredible, he was so helpful, friendly and always ensuring I was happy with the steps and information. I couldn't fault a single thing he did, he was brilliant, This is the 2nd car I've bought from Shelly Motors and when I want something new, its the place I will be back to, every time. The Picanto was sooo clean and shiny when I got it, it looked beautiful. It was a relaxed and nice experience, no dreaded buying fear, just excited and enjoyable, and stress-free. I contacted Shelly Motors and from the first contact Chris was amazing, he was really really good. He had great communication, kept me updated and very attentive. It took 24 hours from start to finish, such a quick turn around and the level of customer service remained high at all times, very polite, professional and friendly. I bought a Picanto, very happy with the car, no issues at all. Cant fault a single thing - very pleased.

I bought a car during lockdown, the whole sale was done over the phone and email, and although I didn't get the experience of the showroom; looking around, been shown the functions of the car etc, the staff did a very good job of explaining everything and went over the details very thoroughly with me. The sale was handled very professionally and quickly, given the circumstances. I did click and collect, and when I collected the car was pristine, its been great since buying, I'm still getting used to it, but a lovely car and very enjoyable to drive.
