I walked into Shelly Motors not really having a clue what I wanted. All I knew is I wanted a new car! Normally this would put you on the back foot walking into a dealership, but Charlie who looked after me was fantastic! There was no hard sell in the slightest. He sat and listened to what I wanted and how I use the car to see what was most suitable for my needs. I was not pushed into anything at all and i never felt forced at any point. We had a completely open discussion, the process was so laid back and easy. There were no faults with any part of the process. I would happily give 7 stars if I could. I will be back and pass on recommendations to any of my friends & family.

I have had a really good experience at Shelly Motors everyone was so helpful and friendly. The car is running well and I am enjoying it. I had a slight issue with condensation as i wasnt using the heating so I rang to see if someone could help me. Chris rang me back and he was really helpful, suggested things to do and one of them worked a treat. Rob looked after me through the sales process and he was very lovely. I would recommend going to Shelly Motors.

I Have bought cars from Shelly Motors before and I have dealt with the salesman Rob on numerous occasions, he is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. I bought a Kia Sportage this time and I love it, its very spacious and roomy, perfect for what I need it for. I would recommend to anyone around the Epsom area, and will most likely be back again for my next car.

I visited a few different Kia sites to try and shop around for the best deal and decided on Shelly Motors. I came across a few sales people/ receptionist etc and each and every person was lovely! I have no complaints what so ever. My car is perfect. Mitko was our final sales man and he was brilliant. I highly recommend.

I would not hesitate to give full marks for Shelly Motors. Mitko looked after me. The service I received was very helpful and friendly! I could not work out how to work something on my radio so popped back to get some help and Mitko dropped what he was doing to help me and said he would help me any time. Any questions I had were answered with great knowledge and depth. I felt fully informed all the way through. I bought a Kia Niro and I am very much enjoying it.

Extremely good service was received, when I attended Shelly Motors recently. I purchased a Kia Stonic and I really love it. It is so nice to drive. All the people are so lovely from the greeting you get off the reception ladies to the final sale. Chris looked after me from start to finish, he went above and beyond, he could not of done more for me. Chris was so knowledgeable and any questions I had he answered in great depth. I left the showroom completely satisfied, my experience was really lovely. All staff on site were so friendly, I will be recommending and I doubt I will be using anywhere else in the future.
