Chris looked after me while I was down onsite and he did a sterling Job! I rang around 4 Kia dealers and he stood out as the nicest most helpful salesman and was there throughout the whole journey. I Have already passed his business card onto 3 of my friends who are purchasing at the moment! I will be back to Shelly Motors and hopefully Chris, when it is time to upgrade my car again.

I could not be happier with my new Car! It is my pride and joy all I want to do is keep it looking brand new. I liked my old car but I owned it for about 3.5 years and washed it 3 times and I have already washed this one 5 times in as many weeks! Tom and Amy were absolutely brilliant I can not praise them highly enough! Fantastic service, they could not be more helpful with the process! I have already recommended to a friend who is interested aswel! 10/10

I really enjoyed buying another car from Shelly Motors. This is the second car I have bought and once again the service was perfect. I bought a Kia Sorento. I have recommended to some friends and one has already arranged to buy a Sorento like mine! I will be back! Thank you once again I am very happy as always!

This is the 6th time I have been back to Shelly Motors. This time it was for my daughter and we purchased a Kia Picanto. The service is always second to none. I deal with Charles nearly every time and he is always so helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond for me. I will continue to use Shelly Motors for years to come and I will again tell my friends and family about them.

I should have known from the beginning that this place was going to be a headache to deal with as they would keep promising to ring me back but never would. They were also blatantly lying about why they didn’t return my calls, emails and why the car was taking so long to be “delivered” from their other branch. Turns out that the car they promised was “a ex-demonstrator” was actually an ex rental car from Hertz! I had already paid a pretty hefty deposit by this time which they said was non-refundable. I have contacted Kia head office about this and am taking it to trading standards soon. These liars use unfair trading practices and I’m sure it won’t be long until they are done for it.

I have never deal with such a poor service. They don’t return calls, don’t deal with any enquires, they don’t even bother to deal with complaints. I have to contact the motor ombudsman to deal with my complaint and they are investing now. Never ever buy car from them!!!!!!

Do your self a favour and don't buy a used car from Shelly Motors Epsom Kia . Right from reception all the way up to the Dealer Principal that cannot even be bothered to return my emails. Staff that don't even lift their gaze from a compute when conducting a conversion , chew gum. GUM? I am flabbergasted! The sales manager addressed me with his hands in his pockets. Kia claims all approved used cars look and feel like a brand new car.Yeah? I've never owned a brand new car but I don't expect them to come with scuffed wing mirrors, deflated spare tyres, innefftive wiperblades and chipped windscreens. Buy from here if you must, but YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
