Purchased a cmax in October last year. Had less than a week when turbo seized. Had to arrange pick up and drop off at my expense. Had the car for 5 days for repairs which is laughable! Left instructions from my mechanic for repairs to which as far as I was aware they were dealt with. As on warranty is was expecting written confirmation of repairs and requested original parts to be left with the car, however I never received anything despite repeatedly asking! Had car serviced last week and my mechanic has found the turbo to be completely trashed by a nut from the old turbo that was left inside the air intake pipe! I have documented this and contacted them via text and their email website to which I haven't had a response. Surprisingly! Tomorrow I will be having a new turbo fitted and all associated items done and will be claiming my costs back via the courts. The mere fact that a nut off of the old turbo was left in the intake pipe and wouldn't of needed to be removed indicates foul play!

These people sold me a Volvo that broke down in France after five days. The AA said the car was worthless. I returned the car to the dealer and asked for a refund as I had had the car such a short period and under consumer rights you are now entitled to a refund if a car is not fit for purpose. They ceased trading and opened as this company. Same stock same staff. They dumped the car in the midlands and stole my money. Never responded to emails. Do not deal with these people.

Recently bought Vauxhall zafira had a few problems in the last week of its warranty have returned to the guys for repairs will update this post soon ,though they seem liked honest guys and am hoping vehicle is returned in working order fingers crossed as have been pleased with the service and vehicle and they genuinely seem like good guys . , will update review soon

Purchased a Seat ibiza fr and I have been really happy with my car, When I went to make the purchase the guys were really good and easy to deal with, really enjoyed the experience i had with Westbrook cars. The warranty they gave with themselves is fantastic my car required a small repair and they were prompt got the part in and got the work carried out with no cost to me. Overall they are very good to deal with and im glad I purchased my vehicle from here.

I recently bought a used Citroen Zsara Picasso from Westbrook Car Sales and I have to say, considering it wasn't an expensive car, the level of service and communication was excellent. After collecting the car and driving home, the engine fault warning light came on. I rang Westbrook the next morning and they got me booked into Autonation in Peterborough to have the fault fixed, it was fixed within a few hours at no cost to me. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone looking for a used car. Thanks Guys dave
