Car itself has been absolutely fine, it is running how it should not had any issues. I would rate my overall experience a 3 and my reason being is, although it was rather busy on the day another gentleman at the dealership who was purchasing a more experience car, I felt got prioritized over me, I felt I was pushed to the side a little. And that is the feedback I'd give and why it would be a 3. The car itself no issues at all.

My new car has been amazing, I went for a Mercedes A Class and I absolutely love it! It was a well deserved upgrade for myself haha. The buying experience was amazing, it was my first time actually going to dealership which was a bit nerve racking however David who I dealt with through the sale put me at ease many times, talked me through the entire process and made sure I was happy with everything. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly and wasn't at all pushy. I took the car for a test drive and as it was my first time driving an automatic I was a bit nervous, but yet again David talked me through it all and showed me how to drive the car. It was ready for collection the same day I viewed it, all prepared and valeted. It honestly couldn't have gone any better, thank you David for all your help!

Good experience with Junction 17, I felt looked after and accommodated to by the lads at the dealership. Really good group of guys. My dad has actually been since I purchased to get himself a vehicle and he is very pleased. The guys made sure the car was MOT'd for me and I will be taking it back for a service, I would highly, highly recommend. I went in just to have a look and ended up buying the Ford Ranger. Since the purchase they have kept contact to make sure everything is going well, very positive from start to finish, couldn't fault one thing it has been a perfect purchase and the Ranger itself has had no issues. Still waiting for my v5 but they are aware and sorting it out so I would still rate them full marks.

Purchased a Audi A6, I have had some good drives in it since purchase and I am really enjoying it. There was a issue with the V5, however the staff were great at getting this sorted and did it quickly. The car itself was in lovely condition, all cleaned and prepared for me.

The sale all went fine, the only thing I would say is there is a little issue that still not been completed, however they are aware so just waiting to get that done. In regards to the buying process, it was a good experience it all went quickly and smoothly. The dealership was a nice place to be in. The staff were friendly, they let us test drive, and the guy we dealt with mainly was very personable, we felt comfortable throughout. We went home happy with the car, it has been great since. There is a few niggles, some we knew about, some that came up after test drive and purchase, so can't knock JUnction 17 for that. Overall it has been a great process, we would recommend this dealership.

Everything has been absolutely grand with the car, the service from Brad was fantastic from start to finish. The only issue I had with the car was the wipers needed replacing but apart from that all absolutely fine. The service was quick and easy. 5 out of 5.

5 stars, Junction 17 were great, really helpful, super useful, I love the car, I would definitely look into using them again next time I look to buy a car. Would 100% recommend.

So far so good for us. This is the second vehicle we've had from here, we did a swap with our old one for this one. And were very pleased with the service. The car was valetted spotlessly for us. I would say Junction 17 are now becoming a trusted and reliable dealership for us, as we have yet to have a bad experience and for that reason I'd rate them 5 stars.

Good experience on a part exchange on a Vantage for a RR Velar. Accommodating and easy to deal with, discounted 1 star due to admin delay in sending log book out post sale, had to chase this a week later and still not done online until chased. And another star as there is an issue with the parking sensors.
