In comparison to my previous car, the Audi Q2 has a lot more luxurious features. When I was at the dealership, there was one piece of feedback, one was that when we went to collect the car, it had not been valeted. In all fairness, they did valet it once we pointed it out, but we had to wait even longer. They were apologetic about the wait and made sure that we had a drink whilst we waited. The showroom was very nice, the people who we encountered at the dealership were knowledgeable and made sure we found the correct car we were looking for.

This is my first electric car. The Tesla Model Y is rapid. I have been finding the transition easy and it was great. I was abit unsure about the admin fee that is added on to the price, but other than that, the salesman was helpful. We went on a test drive, I gave the okay, and we started the process a quick process all in all.

I'm very pleased with my new Nissan Juke. The bloke who dealt with me looked after me. I was a bit worried on the day, as it was a big change, but he got me through it in the end and overall it was a good experience.

Tom who dealt with me was very good, professional and wasn’t pushy which is what I wanted. The only thing I could flag up would not being provided with a vehicle warranty booklet. They were upfront about my trade-in valuation, but it was too low for me so I decided no to go for that. Overall, it was a very good experience and the range of cars offered was good.

Since I’ve been so busy with work, I have only drove the RS6 twice but I’m still happy with it! They were a lovely bunch of guys, I would highly recommend the place! The RS6 has always been a dream car for me, I thought it was worth going to Junction 17 because of the quality cars in stock and their reviews, when I saw the car I just knew that was the one! I'd hit a 5 star all day long.

Amesh who was the salesperson was a nice sound bloke. The rear tires needing doing and the pegs which hold the parcel shelf, however this was rectified after junction 17 paid me out some money to get it fixed. Their photos stood out on Autotrader which was a big plus, out of the 6 Cupra's I went to look at, Junction 17's appeared to be the best looked after!

The initial service was all alright, I did have a few issues come up and needed a payment back from them for the repairs, although it did take some time, they kept their word, got all the repairs done and i got my money back, so I am pleased overall I'd say. I would rate it a 4/5. The car itself is all fine had no further issues.

Top points for Junction 17, I was looking online at different dealerships for a Range Rover Sport, Junction 17 had the one I wanted with all of the specific specs I liked. I made the journey to the dealership which did take me about 4 hours due to accidents and traffic on the motorway. When I arrived the guy I was dealing with made me a good cup of coffee which was much needed and appricated. He was a good lad, walked me through the car, went through all the paperwork with me and made sure I was happy with everything. I did have once minor issue after purchased about got my mechanic out and had no other problems with the car since. It had great mileage and looked exactly as it did on the advert and all the specific add ons mentioned in the description where there so I was pleased. Would highly recommend them.

I would rate my experience a 4/5 this was due to a few little niggly things, and I think the guy I was dealing with was new, so there was a bit of repetitiveness throughout. However he was as helpful as he good be and pleasant enough to deal with. I did feel the sale was a bit rushed however it wouldn't put me off going back to the dealership again.
