Had my new Volvo V40 a few days now everything is fine so far with it. The process of buying a car was good enough that I would go back, however on the day it was very busy, so I feel managing customers could be better.

After a long drive back to London from Peterborough, everything with my new car is all good, and running as you would expect when you buy from a dealership. The service from the team was also good, however the vehicles could be presented better in the showroom. 4 out of 5 overall.

Purchased a Ford Focus from Junction 17 and the service was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, the staff were quick, prompt and really pleasant to deal with. The sales chap we dealt with was very knowledgeable. Been very pleased with my new M2 so far - no issues so far other than the outstanding recall which was communicated to me before purchase and sorted out by my local BMW branch within 2 weeks. Bought an RS7. They made me come and collect rather than deliver. Signed the paperwork. Drive away. Couldn’t get out of their street. Kept conking out. Managed to get back into their car park eventually. They couldn’t restart it. So left car there and went home. They have refused to refund saying I accepted the car and gave it back to them to repair. Truly awful. Read all the negative reviews. Do not buy a car from them.

My husband actually went to Junction 17 a few years back looking for a car for himself, and this time I went for me! I was looking for a Range Rover and had my eyes set on an Evoque. There was a system error, and when I put down the deposit on the vehicle I liked, it had already been sold. However, this got sorted out for me, and they apologized. I just felt they could have communicated this more quickly, as it was around 4 days until I was told. However, the car I got was an Evoque, and I am absolutely loving it—it is just great! I have had smaller cars in the past, such as Astras, but I wanted the upgrade since I have a toddler and needed more room in the car. It is perfect: lots of room, comfortable, and looks great. Overall, I am actually very happy with the service from Junction 17, and I would go back in the future as well as recommend them to others.

I went to Junction 17 as I was looking for a Jaguar F-Type and saw it online. The dealership is about a 30-minute drive from me, so it wasn't too far to travel. The car was exactly as described, and I have had no issues with it so far. Luke dealt with me from start to finish, and the service from him was great, a very nice lad. The car had been detailed on the outside, and there was a mark on the inside door, but again, Luke sorted this for me before I left with the vehicle. It was a quick process, and I had the car within the week.

I recently purchased a Porsche 718 Cayman from Junction 17. I am enjoying the car; it is a great drive! I'm really happy with it. This was my first time going to Junction 17. I was looking for this specific model and saw it online. It was exactly as shown, with lots of pictures, and the description was accurate when I saw it in person. There was a little bit of waiting, but that was just while the insurance and paperwork were being sorted. I am happy with the service, and I would go back in the future if they had something I was looking for. I am just waiting for some touch-up paint to be sent to me, so hopefully, that comes soon. But all in all, I am happy with Junction 17.
