4. The service was great on the whole and I love the car. David the sales guy was amazing every step of the way. The only problem was that the car had damaged front discs and these needed to be be changed once I got home. Junction 17 paid for the disc replacement but I expected the car to be in top condition when purchased which it wasn't.

I have had no problems with the vehicle I have purchased. My daughter and son are currently in the process of buying one as well. If there was anything that I thought could improve, I would say that the handover could have been a bit better, but I think it was because of how busy they were.

The guys did such a great job sorting me out with my new car, very attentive and listened to all my different requirements. Definitely recommend to those looking at finance, really easy process.

This is my second time purchasing from Junction 17 Cars. I bought an Audi RS3, it is a cracking car. I have only had it for 3 days, but it has been a good drive. They are a good bunch of lads at the dealership, giving you the time to look around and ask any questions if needed. The only thing I will say is I got the vehicle to be dropped off at the Grantham branch from Peterborough. It was arranged that it would be ceramic coated before collection. Someone at the Grantham dealership got that sorted for me. I would definitely go back to them, they have some good motors.

I was looking for a specific vehicle, which I had advised the sales team at Junction 17 Cars about, and they made sure that I found what I was looking for. They found one at their other branch, which turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I have been really enjoying driving it, and I would absolutely return if I was ever looking for a different car.

I have been driving the BMW a lot since I bought it, and it has been brilliant. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the MOT being included in the price, which was resolved. But other than that, I would recommend the dealership to others.

I did have a bit of an issue when I first collected the vehicle, as the Ghost immobiliser needed replacing. After speaking with Junction 17 Cars, they agreed to cover part of the cost. It would have been nice if they covered it all, although the purchasing process was good, and they were very helpful and transparent.
