They were helpful, although I had to take the car back because I wanted the tyre sorted out which they did quickly to be fair. The car is lovely I really like it.

The staff were really good with me, they just got on with it. They didn't hassle me, it was a quick process in and out which I liked. The car is beautiful. I'd give them a 5, they were very good no complaints.

It's only a weekend car so I haven't used it much, but it has been fine so far I'm enjoying it. It was busy when I arrived there but the staff were friendly, it was a good experience overall.

Staff were really nice, all good. They gave me refreshments and were there if needed. I'm enjoying the car very much and I'd happily recommend Junction 17.

Everything was good with the service, but they did take a little bit of time to pay off the settlement figure which meant another monthly payment came out which wasn't ideal. I went there knowing what I wanted in terms of the car and there was no pressure from the staff to make a purchase. I'll give them 4 stars.

I'd be happy to recommend them to family and friends, it was a good experience. The car has been nice and smooth and the staff were spot on and were really helpful.

The car is ok but I think there is a problem with the reverse gears. I will be calling Junction 17 shortly about it. I haven't received my logbook either. Aside from that, the staff were nice, very good.

I found them on Autotrader because I was looking for a specific spec of car. The staff were all good, nice and patient. I'd give them 4 stars.

The experience was absolutely fine. I'm enjoying the car but there are a few issues to get rectified and I'm currently trying to get it booked in at J17. The staff were perfect, patient, polite, very professional. I'd give them 4.5 stars.
