I first enquired about a car week commencing 18/08/25 and then agreed on 22/08/25 that I would head up from where I live (3hrs 20minutes) away on 29/08/25. At this point I asked if that was enough time to have the vehicle prepped and mot’d as I’d be coming up with a trailer to take the car away. My appointment was booked for 11am. Before I arrived I had a call from the sales person Alberto saying my handover would be pushed back by 30mins. Which is fine I didn’t mind waiting and I was only 20 minutes away anyway when he called me. Upon arrival at the dealership the car was not in the showroom or on the forecourt. Alberto said it was still in the workshop and was on its way over within 20minutes. It never arrived in the showroom. I was consistently told it would be another 20minutes then another half hour etc. 3 hours had gone by and I hadn’t even seen the car. Alberto then took me to the workshop where the car was sat on the ramp with the OSF hub assembly, shock absorber and brakes were all off the car and at that point I was told they were waiting for a part that wouldn’t arrive until Saturday 30/08/25 at 0830hrs. It hadn’t been valeted or cleaned. I was unable to test drive or even start the car. Because of all this I asked if the preparation fee would be waived from the sale price as it was not prepared in the slightest and was not ready to even view or test drive let alone take home. But this was declined which is absurd as I’m not sure what I paid for ‘preparation’ wise. Alberto managed to get an agreement to have it delivered at their cost which really was the least that could be done. Alberto also said they would sort out the NSR wheel as it had bad curbing and lacquer peel. But this was not done upon seeing the car once it was delivered to me. So I will have to pay someone else to sort that. I headed home after not being able to test drive the car and all that had gone on which took me over 4 hours and I had paid for the car in full before leaving. The car was delivered and it is the car we wanted and I would not want to return it because the spec and colour is very rare so it wasn’t a case of letting it go for me. But it did have a whirring noise from the OSF wheel area which is likely a wheel bearing and a knocking noise from the NSF wheel area likely to be a lower arm or ARB drop link. Not sure how these issues would not have been picked up on the MOT or by the pre delivery inspection process. But I’d rather just repair it myself. All in all a terrible experience unfortunately. Just to add there was also another customer in there who was also waiting hours for a car from the workshop that never arrived. The sales team kept assuring us both that this never happens but it made it hard to believe that when two of us on site were going through the same thing.

I purchased a Mercedes and is in good condition, overall smooth process in paperwork, The interest rate offered on finance was insane and 12% higher than what I got from my own bank would recommend not to take their finance and had to chase the team for the V5C document. overall customer service was average

Great purchase with excellent service from the day we rang enquiring about the car. Car ready when we arrived. Only slight downside was the service from our salesman was a bit slow on day of pick up , otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Everything is great. I purchased a Range Rover from Junction 17 about a month ago. So far I have not had any issues and everything is going well with the car. It was a simple purchase. The staff were helpful and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. I have no complaints really.

I bought a Seat Ibiza as a first car for my children. There was some cosmetic damage and it hadn’t really been prepped for sale but it was booked into the Junction 17 workshop and they did a great job on it: Tom looked after us well and the price was competitive. I would definitely buy from them again.

I am really pleased with the car, not had any issues with it, the customer service was good, however I think there was some issues with internal communication. I was dealing with 2 branches so it ended up taking over 4 weeks to get my logbook and refund of holding fee. I feel there could have been some smoother processes to get this sorted. Other than that issue everything else was great which is why I am giving a 4/5 stars.

I was pleased with the customer service, everything went smoothly and quickly. I didn’t have any issues, and all the staff were helpful and accommodating. I’m really happy with the car I got. There is a smell I’m still trying to get rid of, but aside from that, everything is perfect.
